I only stay for one night but I was supposed to have a spa day, however, the pool, hot tub and sauna were out of service. That kind of ruined my trip & plans

Otherwise this is a very nice place with great rooms, service and amenities.

Very friendly with clean rooms

The smell of smoke is everywhere! The pool and jacuzzi was under maintenance. The only restaurant in the building did not have room service and was not serving people with kids. Went another day without the kids and they would not allow for seating even with seats available due to staff ratio. The worst service at this hotel “resort” definitely not a resort! Would never return, I actually want a refund!

The resort fee was unclear. We were told it covered parking, despite parking appearing complimentary, then told it covered coffee, towels and the room safe. With the pool and spa closed, the fee was especially difficult to justify. Our first room, 416, smelled strongly of marijuana. We reported it and requested a room in the Spa Blue Tower. Instead, we were only moved to another floor of the same tower. The front desk is nearly impossible to reach by phone. We called at least four times and waited several minutes each time without reaching anyone. The Wi-Fi averages about 5 Mbps, making it unusable for work. I am attending a work conference and have had to use my personal hotspot. We also called before booking to confirm microwaves were available and were told they were. When we requested one, we were told none were available for guests. A $20 in-room microwave was mentioned, but staff could not confirm availability or investigate further. Individually, these issues might be manageable. Together, they show poor communication, little ownership, and very poor guest service! The worst part is Diana Egebrecht STILL has not got Bach to us!

Shout to Lisa at the front desk. Lisa was awesome and should be promoted!

Short drive to the lake. Couple blocks. Rooms were awesome

The room was amazing, staff at the cafe and restaurant by the counter not very friendly and responsive, except room cleaner lady she was super nice and also waitress in the Lakeside kitchen was very nice, helpful and overall saved our mood after the staff by the counter. Casino is great, dealers were friendly. When was a tornado we felt safe with staff, they took care of us in the best professional manner. Thank you.

They do not have most of the gaming we expected so we just stayed in the room for our stay. It was just another hotel. And the entire place smells like smoke. They haven’t gone no smoking like the rest of the country.

Very clean and fairly priced

Absolutely loved this place... only complaint would be that the cleaning solution was overwhelming, but nothing unbearable. Room was clean, stocked and fantastic.

We had a good time staying at the hotel, even though we are not really gamblers. The pool was closed, so that lowers the score a little. The spa is really nice. The whirlpool was the best I've ever been in. The staff was always nice and helpful, but something seemed different... distant?... not sure how to describe it.

I always check my bedding and when I did I saw what appeared to be a dead (you know) and also a dead mosquito with the blood. We I did call front desk and staff arrived. They responded accordingly and stripped bedding immediately. We were offered to get our room hot box and new linens on our bed. Or we could relocate. We were leaving the room anyway, so we decided the hot box and new linens. When we arrived back it did not at all look like anything had been done except new linens. Ok whatever, but from the beginning compensation should have been offered, I believe this place also has the most uncomfortable beds as well. My bed at home was yelling for me at through the night, I did not sleep well at all.

Great over night stop on our way to northern Michigan . Clean rooms and great music we even got lucky at the casino. Pool was closed.

Hall carpets in the old tower could be replaced. Heavily stained. Checkin and casino staff were excellent.

The stay was amazing and the staff was great as well

Nice property

Great location.

Hotel room was very nice. Distance from parking to hotel to room was quite a bit, but I'm a walker, I could see how it might affect other people. The staff at the hotel were very nice, had an issue with my room (due to loud people in the next adjoining room) and they moved me to a another room, without an adjoining room with no problem. Housekeeper that helped me was very kind and the new room was quiet.

Then after all that the chair in the room looked as if it had poo in the middle of it so I had to use one of the towels to sit on. I took a picture.
