the hotel does not clean rooms except every other day. If you need spmething you have to contact someone to bring it to you. Room not well supplied when we arrived. the room was a disappointment! I thought we were getting a suite for $$ we paid turned out to be reg8lar room with windows overlooking parking lot. The front desk kept saying it had panoramic view and i kept telling them of a parking lot. They said it was unfortunate!

The bathroom sink did not drain well and apparently the housekeeping did not notify maintenance, or maintenance just didn't care.

The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t have to call the front desk to fix anything. The self parking lot wasn’t too far away from the front entrance. I really enjoyed my stay. I will be back!!

Dated property that was a place to sleep. Not a lot of food available other than steakhouse. Could use a refurbishment.

Definitely in need of some serious updating. Room was fairly clean but floors, carpet, and shower not super clean. I was in a non-smoking room, but still smelled heavily time smoke and when the air was on, seemed to create an even more smoke smell in the room. I’m very conservative and understanding in my reviews, but not much upside to this place. Wanted to like it, but overcome what I experienced. Staff was nice and friendly, and that was appreciated.

I love staying here, there's an older lady that works at the counter who is a breath of fresh air. She's so nice and loving, the rooms are always spotless.

Got to the hotel and there was a line of three people for the one worker so I did the self check-in process and it was so convenient. I was able to be done and headed to my room within two minutes. I did get confused with the tower I was supposed to be in but that was me assuming it’s the one closest to the check-in and not verifying. I did the same for the check-out process and it was smooth. My only issue was that verified payment at check in and then on the check out is when was charged the addt. $16 for hotel fee. Maybe charge that at the beginning.
