Bridge Inn

The location was good. Casino and beach were each about 15 minute walk. The room was clean and there were dishes, dish soap in the kitchen and soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Parking was good. You could literally park right at your door. It was nice to watch the bridge move and train pass over. Our room had an extremely large bathroom with a lot of wasted space which caused our sitting area to be very small and the four of us were not able to congregate in to have drinks or watch TV unfortunately. I was told the day before arrival that our room was ADA compliant, but I was expecting just some bars in the bathroom and shower not all that wasted space as it looked like it was a fully handicap accessible with wheelchair space type room. Also, we really didn't have a view at all unless you got up and looked out one of the small windows. There was one small window in the kitchenette above the fridge facing the parking area and another small window in the bedroom facing a wooded area. Twin beds comfy but sofa bed not at all, bar in your back scenario.

Great location. Close to dunes, beaches, pier,marina, fishing, restaurants. With a great restaurant/bar on site. Room was clean and well maintained. Watching the bridge rotate was cool. This is a contactless property and fine by us.

Clean! Friendly housekeeping. Appreciated the proximity to the water. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I really like the location,. I really like the bridges Café across the parking lot. It was good food and nice ambience. The Internet is very poor. In fact it couldn’t reach the TV boxes in room number eight so I had to use my cell phone as a wireless hotspot to watch TV. All they need is an extender because the signal kept going in and out since it was just a bar most of the time it wouldn’t connect thankfully my phone has a hotspot.

Hundreds of thousand of customers lost their electric service in the area of the Bridge Inn and I needed to cancel my reservation and they told me they couldn't refund me I needed to contact Expedia/Orbitz. Orbitz policy is no refund within 48 hrs of stay. I have asked to reconsider due to it being an act of God.

There was no breakfast. The coffee pot didn't fit the coffee maker and it would not bring the coffee out of the brewing maker. That was a bit of a problem. I slept on the couch bed but they gave a twin fitted sheet instead of a full sheet, which was also a problem. I had to sleep on the flat sheet. Everything else was fine but we had no room cleaning or could not get any additional sugar or creamers so that too was frustrating. Also my friend was 80 years old and I had no idea we would be upstairs. That was very difficult for her going up and down the stairs.

The room was stinky people were stuck up with their nose including the cleaning person the day of the departer. And some clown behind the bar at the restaurant that’s next to the bridge in. The only good thing about our entire stay was the server at the restaurant The smell, the staff

Somewhat close to the beach Concerned about the broken tiles in the bathroom. Too small for 3 people.

Got to meet the owner herself and she even went above and beyond and brought us fresh clean towels herself instead of us waiting until the following morning when housekeeping came. Very pleasant stay and would recommend to family and friends

only small thing…. room was very clean…! Only thin the shower tiles need scrubbing mold/mew-dew… not much but hey you wanted to know…. Other wise all perfect… not a big deal!! 😎

The area is in fact cute and nice. However the images used for the room you are booking might not be the actual room you get. I specifically booked based on the fact that it showed the yellow building with the room I chose having the rounded out section with a table in the rounded it section. I also picked one that claimed water view. While I could technically see water from my view it was a different building from the yellow one and farther back away from the water. Upon arriving I called the number provided to check in and they picked up to then not say anything. I called back it rang for a while longer then one again picked up and I could hear them in the background just not answering the phone until the 3rd time I called after leaving to get food because I was hungry. Other than that it was a nice room and the jacuzzi tub did work. Just slightly disappointed for sure.

There is no tv in the bedroom The twin beds are to small for an average man

Needed ice access but we bought ice trays and that worked :)

Did not meet our expectations, for the price expected much more. I would not recommend the Michigan city area for anybody to take a vacation.

Room 22 does not have a water view and should not be advertised as such. Has a very "hotel" feel. Close to the beach, but not walkable route there or into town.

I liked the views and that there was a restaurant walking distance

Great great great and the little bar grill is perfect for a getaway for a weekend
