Nice hotel in the area for business trip. Would prefer a breakfast included, like at many other Marriott Courtyard locations, but several breakfast options nearby and across the street from a big grocery.

Room was clean and comfortable. No free coffee like most major chains. The Bistro which they promoted for beverages and food was never open in the evening as promised.

Decent place. The room smelled really really bad though. I mean awful, like sweat and BO. We didn’t complain because we just aren’t those type of people to request another room. But if you get put in room 236, ask for another room. The beds weren’t comfortable, but maybe it was just us, idk. The staff is really nice though and it was clean. We were just traveling through and needed a place to stop and it did the job for a better price than anywhere else thereabouts.

The air conditioner in our room was in dire need of repair and could not be used. I hope it was repaired before someone else had the room. I did inform management.

It was a very convenient location. There is a restaurant/bar, which was nice. The woman at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

The staff were very helpful. A repair of the toilet had to be done while we were there. It was done very quickly

One thing to be aware of is that the property does not offer breakfast, and the pool and hot tub are no longer available. I was told they have been closed for over three years, although the listing photos still show a pool, which was a bit misleading. Updating the photos would help set the right expectations for future guests.

Clean room and great location to explore Middlebury. The suite was actually better than what was shown in the pictures, there was an actual door separating the bedroom from the small living room area. Perfect for a family with kids so the parents can have some quiet time after they go to bed. Would totally go back.
