Days Inn by Wyndham Midland

Comforter had burn holes in it and it was supposed to be a non smoking room but smelled like smoke. Bathroom was nasty.

Everything Nothing

Location wise isn’t great Walmart or similar stores are at least 15 minutes away without the traffic build up.

Most interior lights not working. Dirty everything. Toilet not flushing well.

That we weren’t around others The bad wifi, the trash cans are hard to use and very dirty. We wanted to help the staff by throwing out our trash but are we supposed to walk all the way around to do so? Are we even allowed to do so? An improvement in wifi and the trash cans would make it better…

We were near my son's job They are false advertisement main reason I got the place is for breakfast there is no breakfast here at all but they want to charge you 25 dollars for early check inn ridiculous

Nothing There were bedbug eggs on the box spring. The furniture was rotting and falling apart. The door knobs and counter tops were sticky. The doors and walls were black with dirt. The room had not been vacuumed. There were stains and cigarette burns on the blankets. We left and did not stay the night. We were refused a refund even after explaining everything.

Property was at a convenient location. Room seemed fine at first until I started trying to use some of the electronics. Fridge barely worked, microwave didn't turn on even though it was plugged in, and tv didn't work either. Let the front desk lady know and was trying to get a different room. I was told "I'll get my husband to go up and check" he never came and we never got another room. Bed frame sounded half broken, toilet kept clogging up, and towel rack hanging off the wall. We atleast had clean towels and sheets.

The staff was friendly and attentive. There was no breakfast as advertised. They had no plasticware. They offered nothing so we had to go buy everything to accommodate ourselves in the room.

Once I checked in and got my room. As entering you could tell that they didn’t even clean the room from the previous person that stayed in that room. Bed was not made, dirty socks were on the floor. Went to front desk to request a different room, they said they were fully booked so I cancelled my stay they couldn’t provide a cancellation receipt. Still got charged for both days that were to be intended. Haven’t gotten a refund. I tried calling property and no one answers.

Clean quiet we felt very safe could not hear through the walls parking lot very well lite up and safe Ad said free breakfast there was no breakfast rooms outdated toilet is very old have to flush 3 time to get a flush no ice box no microwave
