Easy to get to room, staff was friendly! A little old and run down in spots but overall still a good hotel for the price!

Very unfriendly and rude and made me feel dumb for not calling and check if pool was open. It was my choice to stay or not and that I would be charged. Not his issue what was I doing.

It was at a good location staff nice I am not happy with the fact that I lost out on money. I had a family emergency and had to leave two weeks early and the hotel was not willing to not charge me for the time I wasnt there so the hotel got paid from me and new quest.

NOTHING Everything! You walk in the carpet is full of stuff like it needs vacuumed, the pool was closed, man was rude, bed was stained up like crazy, ceiling was leaking, outside platform you walk on to get to your rooms were missing chunks of concrete. One room had twin size beds and the other had queen size beds even tho we booked the same room just put two instead of one. Most horrendous hotel I’ve ever been too!

They sent you an email that says to be sure to have the deposit on a card that has the same name as yours then I went at night to get my room and the lady tells me they only take cash deposits. I was passing my withdrawal limit and could not withdraw that then I go the next day and the guy says that he’s just gonna refund me for that night. I didn’t ask for a refund for the second night. I need now I want a full refund.

Un desastre, a las 11:30pm llegue al hotel y me obligaron a pagar $20 adicionales porque ellos no están recibiendo huéspedes que hacen reservación por internet, un abuso monumental de este Hotel “Grand Texan” son irresponsables no cumplen con los contratos acordados
