Bed was comfy, ac was cold when it worked. Staff was very friendly though. Ac broke after 2 days had to sleep in hot room, had cold water in my shower for most of my stay, didn’t feel like I got my money worth. Was expecting better, staff was very nice though.

They had a power outage and anyone who had a reservation was unable to check in. We all had to find anew hotel. Days later and i still haven’t received my refund. Disappointed all the way around.

I paid for a kitchenette from booking. My room didn’t even have a microwave. I had to go to the lobby to heat all my food any time I wanted to eat. I contacted booking and nothing was done. From the pictures on booking I paid to have a kitchen. And I did not have one.
