Great on bottom floor main lobby but bathroom toilet didn’t flush and water linking rom ceiling in bathroom . Would like a refund Toilet and water thru the roof

Check in was quick, room was very comfortable Light in the doorway to the room was out. Addressed this when checking out and was assured it would be fixed

Room had a foul scent when walking in, food at the restaurant was not at its best. Will be booking else where.

This hotel is a newer hotel and is very clean. The bar and restaurant was also very nice.

The Internet was down. The TV in my room did not work. The elevator did not work. Tried to order food from the restaurant and they were out of food. No soap in the shower dispenser.

This hotel was very clean, the front desk was very sweet and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when im in the area.

Nothing Nothing hot water, elevator not working, and would not refund under those conditions… had to go to a different hotel for a hot shower

Bad; Elevator did not work. No water the whole time. Checked out and got a new hotel.

Was great but ran out of hot water when trying to shower and elevator was out of service last day, which caused inconvenience as I was in 3rd floor, esp to check out
