The staff was helpful, however the reviews were very much accurate to the property. Was only in town for about 12 hours, but if I was there any longer I probably would have looked else where. Everything felt very cheap and just not quality. Place to sleep, but it wasn’t pretty.

The place was dingy, and grungy. Cows were staying sheets were stained used. My own sheets just nasty

Floor was completely dirty. Not mopped at all. Had to mop the room myself with how dirty it was. Assistant manager was nice. Smelled like smoke even in the non-smoking room. Beds were uneven. Half used toilet paper and toiletries were not replaced with new ones.

I have stayed in different Hotels and for the price is clean and staff is great! It’s hard to find something like this here in Midland. You can stock in food and you can even cook since they offer microwave, small stove and a regular size fridge.

It was kind of dirty and I saw a number for after hours and no answer. I tried it three times. So I can't remember I saw another number and that one I got assistance and checked in. Floors looked dirty in room and linens. It just wasn't what I expected for the price. I have used online booking for Midland and I have had great rooms and experiences for similar prices or less and this was not one I will choice ever again. Staff wasn't friendly either. I saw three people and no greeting just didn't seem friendly at all.
