Clean rooms

The staff was really nice, check-in and out were easy. Had to ask for towels and wash rags (there was only 1 for the room). The phone did not work, so I couldn't call down to the desk. Breakfast was blah. The coffee pot and bathroom floor could have been cleaner, and we could see hair in the drains. There were no plastic bags for laundry, no extra trash can liners, and no extra bedding. Overall, though, it was a good value. The location is good with easy access. I would stay there again.

I like where it’s located. Breakfast wasn’t all that great. Treadmill was broken. It was a little dirty. Just minor things.

The pool wasn't open. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good at all. Everything else was fine - the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was good and cold, the breakfast was adequate.

Room needed a little better upkeep. I booked two rooms with king beds but only 1 room had the king and the other room was two queens. The furniture was very used and room was outdated, could use some touchups.

The staff is always friendly and smiling. that is appreciated. This trip was different than my first 3 weeks ago. The first trip, the room was great. This trip, my first room was rather gross. The beds looked like they had been slept in and the comforter just pulled up and some gross stains on the comforter. They put me in a second room that was better. The ice machine was broke on the 3rd floor. I get ice every morning, and not a big deal, but an inconvenience. The room only had one trashcan in the bathroom. Again not a huge deal, but different. One night while there, some sheets stayed out in the hall from about 5pm till I left the next day around 730 AM and the carpet in the same hall was dirty and needed a vacuum.

Upon arrival, staff at the front desk did not look, professional or very welcoming as well after arriving needed a snack and some drinks very short limited on drinks and snacks. Available cooler was empty. Shelves were empty morning staff as well at the front desk was not very happy when speaking to them in general about hi, how are you doing? Very vague response.
