The first time I went all right two weeks ago this time I went back to the rooms horrible, food inside the microwave and I notified them to take it out and even so they didn't do it I felt disgusted and I had to leave the hotel the night before checkout because the room was disgusting

Nicely updated and rooms were great! The two room suite is HUGE!

The breakfast was good and fresh. I got 2 rooms and one of the rooms was not clean. The front desk they gave me a different room and apologized.

The breakfast was great! The room was great! and the staff was great! Water in the swimming pool was cold and the elevator didn’t work! Had to use the stairs the three days I was there!

Staff was very unhelpful upon arrival. Before arriving we received a message regarding check in and to provide vehicle details, credit card for incidentals and copy of drivers license. The staff said they couldn’t locate any of the information other than the credit card so we had to redo forms. The towels were stained and appeared to be dirty. The bathroom door was rickety and wouldn’t close all the way. The toilet seat lid was missing. One of the lamps was not plugged in and the cord was tossed behind the bed no where near a plug in. I won’t be rebooking at this hotel.

The breakfast was fresh everyday. How clean the location was great as well. The pool was always clean during my stay as well. There was a problem with my door, latching correctly, I had to slam my door in order for it to lunch or close correctly and secure.

Several electrical outlets did not work.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I felt like a stranger. I did not feel welcome. Also I checked out at 8:39 in the morning because I could not wait till 11:00 because that's how bad of an experience I had and they still checked me in at 11:00 without me being there and charged me the $161 shame shame, shame on you

Clean close to restaurants shopping mall and other stores.

We had a handicap room. The bedroom area was large and easy to get around. The lighting was adequate. There were problems with the bathroom. First, the door to the bathroom opened towards the hallway. A person in a wheelchair would have had to close the door, go to the other side of the door to open it, then go in. It should open towards the bedroom. One side of the toilet seat was not securely fastened down - it slid when one sat down. It would have been better to have a pump soap dispenser at the sink, rather than a bar of soap. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent, barely enough flow to begin to rinse off and not strong enough to reach the center of the tub. We did like and appreciate that the whole building is smokefree and the location was good for us.

I got there maybe less then a hr to check in been there 3weeknds in a row and had no prob checking in a tad early this last time the Girl told me it be 50 more for say 45 mins early it was a 100 outside and was ready to get to my room I said ok I pay the 50 she game me the key I went up and the room was not clean now I go back down stairs and I told her I want my 50 back and I come back at 3 , so she send me text 20 mins to 3 and said the room is ready I told her I am not paying 50 for 20 mins early I will wait and I check in at 3pm. I Stay there alot to have them do me this way . what is a tad early matter the Hotel was not busy .

Everything was perfect . Clean, front desk lady very polite.

Paid for a suite and the couch was covered in dog hair as were the “freshly changed” sheets and blankets. Bathroom mirror light didn’t work and the toilet did not have a lid.

Breakfast was good. Room was quiet. I think one of the remotes for the TV was not in the room. We couldn't turn the TV on but, no problem. Just letting you know.
