For being a oil field town my expectations were not very high staying at other hotels in midland but this one was very clean and nice room were very spacious

The bathroom floor was sticky feeling and I had to wash the shower floor before going in because of how dirty it black marks all over the floor and no one came to clean it Very disappointing

Still waiting on property to refund/reimburse a double charge of room…. The Expedia charge and the staybridge charge of 117 dollars. Multiple calls to property and one “virtual chat” with Expedia . Expedia says they have talked to property but still no resolve. In the future I may not even consider using this app.

Room was clean but had a bad smell of sewer gases . I had asked for room air fresheners and was told they had none

Great the guy there when I checked out was very helpful and resourceful. I really appreciated him even called me to make sure I was good on time.

This hotel is not maintained well at all. The bathroom floor in my room was swollen and tiles were lifted/cracked. I could not even open the door to the closet, keeping me from ironing my clothes. Everything in the room, from the towels to the sheets felt damp. I thought it was just in my head, but when I got home and unpacked, my clothes were damp. The carpet in the room was coming up and the room smelled moldy. Active, wet water on the ceiling indicated a leak from the room above. I will not stay here again.

Room was nice. Seemed fairly quiet. Bed sagged in the middle a bit. Not many utensils.

The breakfast was good enough, not great. The pool area was nice, but the swimming pool was dirty.

Basic fitness room with a versatile cable machine, dumbbell rack and some cardio equipment. Breakfast was good as well. I would stay here again.

Room wasn’t the cleanest for the price point i expected bette. The ac sounded like a jet engine. It vibrated the whole bedroom area
