Check in was smooth and quick, the room was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. I had the breakfast burrito from the bistro and it was superb and filling! Totally felt safe with the location!

We continued on our vacation for 2 more weeks, but chose not to stay in any of the Courtyard Hotels because of this experience.

The staff were wonderful! Friendly! Accommodating! For a Marriot Bonvoy the property was below Bonvoy standard. I would not stay there again. I will say GREAT STAFF!

Before booking the listing said breakfast was included and when we checked in, we were told that breakfast would be served starting at 6:30, however the next morning we were told that breakfast was not included and asked who told us that. I also had an issue with my sink where the water would barley come out of the faucet, I let the front desk know and it was never fixed and I was not offered another room. I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth and the shower to wash my hands.

Comfortable beds, clean room, not quiet. Pipes in walls constantly made a knocking sound and you could hear people in the hall and next door. Did not eat breakfast.

No the pool was dirty an green an closed on top of tht being that it was so hot

Breakfast was good. Elevators are in terrible condition. Worst finish out I’ve ever seen.

Requested and received an ADA room. The two problems I've been having is 1)clearing the bathtub rim with my foot so I don't fall into the tub, and 2)sitting down and getting up from the toilet. The ADA room features a roll in shower and grab bars around the toilet.

Location is great,building needs a lot of work, concrete around the building poor sidewalks, curbs,building entrance poor,bathrooms needwork,staff was great
