Very clean and spacious room

The whole 3rd floor smelled of mildew, and my room was even worse, I had a hard time sleeping and there wasn't any other rooms available, they did give my some bleach and fabuloso to spray so the smell wasn't too bad

Room was clean, air conditioning was good, breakfast was fair , staff was friendly but didn’t have hot water one night

The first room smelled like mold. Front desk was helpful and got me a second room. That also smelled like mold and the tub was stained.

The room was very big and perfect for big family like us. Plenty of space to roam around. The staff was great but there were some issues them running my payment even though my payment was good. Breakfast was OK, any average breakfast. The only problem was their sink drainage problem, the bathroom wasn't well maintained. We would still stay for the price we got.

First room smelled like mold and mildew,bed looked like slept on top of bedding,sheets and dirt/stains,did not have jetted tub like advertised. Moved to second room the smell was less intense and still no jetted tub. Won’t stay there again

The room bathtub was not draining… so standing and water after rinsing off was not pleasant. Also the towels can be updated. The clean towels that we were handed were very dirty looking as if they were extremely old. The staff was nice

Please do not stay here. All of the reviews about cleanliness, moldy smell, red stains in the tubs, and general poor maintenance of the hotel are absolutely correct. Unfortunately I did not read those reviews before my stay here and I really wish I had. I’ve noticed the property replies to these reviews and apologizes for the bad experiences but I would sincerely like to know what management is DOING to fix the ongoing issues with the hotel. (My assumption is nothing). Very sad.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room they gave us and after 2 hours it was 82 in the room. Front desk finally changed our room

Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean.

No tv remote, called the front desk but nothing done about that.

All I can say is I like staying there.

The hotel has a 'piss' kind of smell. The tub was in terrible condition with horrible caulking, some sort of ugly coating on the bottom. The hotel water took well over 5 mins to even start getting hot. The bed was lumpy. In addition the original room assignment was a room that had not been cleaned and turned over (and this was well after 10pm).

Room was hot, door key never worked. No sheets pillow nor comforter for sofa sleeper.

Our room was disgusting. I usually never write reviews but my experience was so awful they need to be exposed. My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote to the tv, to top it all off there were 2 roaches in different areas of the room crawling. I took pictures and videos of everything. There was one staff member who was so mean and nasty and I’m not sure why she chose that job. She was the one who had no front teeth. God forgive me, I’m not making fun of her but that’s the best way to describe her. Overall this was a horrible experience!!!

The smell of the room. It had a moldy smell. Had to buy Lysol and Air freshener. It took an abnormal long time for the shower to get hot.
