Well maintained

We've stayed here a few times on busy FSU game weekends so we're not spending the crazy prices closer to campus, but this was probably our last stay. The hallways and room smelled like must water damage, our feet got dirty just walking on the carpet, the towels in the bathroom were thread-bare and overall it was just not good. The only positive is that the staff is nice and it's cheaper (although not worth it what we paid) than staying closer to campus.

The room smelled sour and mildew. We had to go buy some Lysol and Febreeze to get through the 3 nights we were there. The tub was clogged so you’re literally stand in dirty water while showering. An experience I never had at an hotel and hope to never have again. It needs a serious renovation and have that horrible smelly carpet pulled up.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean.

Very clean and very comfortable!!!

AC in the room smelled absolutely horrible. Bathroom was nasty. Carpets felt wet and room smelled like mold. Not a hotel a snob but this place is very old and needs an update and better cleaning.

Very dirty. It is a truckers stop so it felt unsafe for us ladies. Front desk lady said that they do not clean the rooms unless u request them which explains how filthy the place is. Pee stains on bedding, dirt on pillows, and the shower was black/moldy.

Breakfast was not eatable. Eggs were crumbled, creamers curdled when put in coffee. Staff was notified. Did not stay for meal.

Not clean smells bad

the clerk who checked us in was hard to understand..she literally refused to open her mouth when she spoke...so it was a lot of mumbling. no greeting from her...also when checking out, also no greeting, just took the cards from me. breakfast was great though and that lady doing breakfast was very sweet and friendly

Very clean and spacious room

The whole 3rd floor smelled of mildew, and my room was even worse, I had a hard time sleeping and there wasn't any other rooms available, they did give my some bleach and fabuloso to spray so the smell wasn't too bad

Room was clean, air conditioning was good, breakfast was fair , staff was friendly but didn’t have hot water one night

The first room smelled like mold. Front desk was helpful and got me a second room. That also smelled like mold and the tub was stained.

The room was very big and perfect for big family like us. Plenty of space to roam around. The staff was great but there were some issues them running my payment even though my payment was good. Breakfast was OK, any average breakfast. The only problem was their sink drainage problem, the bathroom wasn't well maintained. We would still stay for the price we got.
