The place was filthy and smelled like bleach over marijuana. Flooring is starting to lift, my feet were black walking barefoot. The pullout couch was a wire frame with basically a nap mat on top

I take responsibility for waiting until the last minute to book for FSU Family Weekend, but paying nearly $400 a night made this experience even more unacceptable. At that price, I expected a clean room and decent service. There was visible hair in the bathtub, and the floors clearly had not been swept or vacuumed. Breakfast is included, but it ends at 9 AM on weekends. Most people would expect to sleep a little later on a weekend and still have time for breakfast. The parking situation was ridiculous. One evening, there was no parking available anywhere on the property, and we were told to park in a dark, wooded area along the side of a dirt road. This felt unsafe, especially at night. Housekeeping was also confusing. We returned one day to find new towels, but the room had not actually been cleaned. The bed wasn't made, the trash wasn't taken out, and nothing else appeared to have been done. For nearly $400 a night, this hotel was absolutely not worth it. Save your money, plan ahead, and stay somewhere else. I would not stay here again.

I gave this hotel 3 stars solely because of the staff. They were excellent, but the hotel itself did not meet my expectations.

Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good and water was hot. The entire hotel had an unpleasant chemical odor. Even the water. The desk chair in our room was very rusty, the lampshades were dusty and stained and we killed a cockroach in our room. And one of the bedside lamps did not work.

Room was clearly in need of renovation; however, it was clean. The water for showers was only lukewarm at best. Free breakfast was basic, but good. Staff very friendly.

The property is around 15-20 min from FSU and is an acceptable option if you can’t find a hotel closer to campus and don’t want to pay more than $400 a night. We paid in the $300s a night in this very average place that is usually $50-60 a night but that’s life in Tally on crowded weekends.

Moldy order in the air... stuffy. Towels under the door... out of the way

We stay here for most FSU football games. Always great

The room has a refrigerator and a microwave The furniture is outdated and worn out stains on the lamp dust all over the room stains in the shower the floor could use a good cleaning

The lady at the counter called my dad a Dog. that was utterly disgusting and disrespectful.

Water in sink had no hot water. Toilet seat was loose. Came back to room smelling like cigarette smoke.

The tub, toilet, and bed sheets were not clean.

Clean, comfortable and great value for location. We booked this hotel as a last minute stay for a football game and I’m honestly so thankful. Breakfast was good also.
