WiFi was off and on the whole time and very slow. The water pressure sucked. More pressure came out of the sink faucet than the shower itself.

Air conditioning worked poorly, even after calling maintenance. Pool was closed for a day and half of our three day stay. An item was found in our room from a previous tenant. Elevator worked, but sounded scary like it was going to break on us. Called manager for resort fee refund. She said she would refund, plus give us 15% on next stay. My card was charged the full amount anyway. Called them on it. No call back from them at all. Will not be returning.

The AC in our room didn't work and it was over 90 degrees in there. Instead of just giving us another room, they told us to wait for maintenance to come fix it. So we sat in the hallway for way too long until I went back to the front desk and demanded a different room. They then moved me to an upgraded room, but the AC in that room didn't work either. We cranked the AC up but the room stayed the same temperature for 3 days. It wasn't an oven like the first room, but it wasn't cool like we wanted it. After the first night our room key didn't work, Most likely from moving rooms so I had to go back to the front desk and get new keys. The bakery gave us the wrong breakfast that was cooked on the outside and cold in the middle. We asked for the right meal and they gave us the wrong meal a second time. The food was poor quality so we just went somewhere else for breakfast and threw away the $40 we spent there. This was not a good experience on many levels.

Location The on-site restaurant was a disappointment. My dinner entrée was the wrong one and it took over half an hour to get the correct one served. We tried them again the next morning the pancakes were grossly overcooked and so was the omelette, but the cheese wasn’t even melted. The hotel wasn’t very clean. I used to stay there quite a bit 15 to 20 years ago and I can’t recommend it now.

It's more than just a hotel. It's a Swiss-vibe resort with every amenity you can think of.

Expensive, staff took forever to bring anything you needed towels ect.... they wouldn't give them to you up front then took over an hour and we had to call multiple times and remind them.
