The staff was not very courteous. A lady that worked in the breakfast area literally walked away from us when we asked her a question. The only bright spot was the bartender from Jamaica who was so kind and helpful. He should be promoted.

Every time my wife and I visit New Haven, we stay at this hotel. The staff is consistently incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always spotless. We thoroughly enjoy our stay there, and the breakfast is simply delicious.

This is a nice hotel with large guest rooms. Our room had a mini fridge but no microwave. The toilet/tub area is rather tight. Nice shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
