Hotel is ok. I purchase an ice tea and a very small bag of chips. I was charged $12.00. Was put in an accessible room. That is not what I reserved. The lighting in the driveway was out and very dark.

Easy access from highway.. excellent staff. Very good food. 10 out of 10

Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was average, waiter was excellent. Parking was good. Bathroom needed to replace exhaust fan light and fix the swollen bathroom door.

In my opinion, I felt that the age and condition of the hotel didn't justify the price per night, the hotel is definitely in need alof a renovation, the carpet in the rooms are seriously old and ugly. Other than that the furniture is ok, room was clean. One other thing, this is my opinion and it obviously doesn't effect your room stay but I need to mention that whoever chose the hallway carpet had to be on LSD, it's the most bizarre hideous red stripe carpet I've ever seen in a Hilton hotel or any hotel for that matter. Lastly for what your paying per night it's obserd that they charge for breakfast, $18.00 no thanks

Staff is the best from top to bottom! Lobby is a great space to work while enjoying coffee, drinks and even wine and spirits. One of the best hotels I have staying in a while. Compliments to front desk personnel!

• Upon arrival, my room was nearly 80 degrees. When I requested another room, I was told that was not possible. Maintenance eventually arrived and determined that the thermostat had simply been left on “heat” instead of “cool.” This should have been identified before the room was assigned to a guest. • Room 426 had no shampoo in the bathroom upon arrival. • The shower temperature control in Room 426 did not function properly. I reported this both to the front desk and directly to your maintenance technician. His response was that he believed it was “the valve again,” indicating that this was a known issue with the property. • The condition of the bathroom in Room 426 was simply unacceptable. The caulking, tile work, and repairs looked patched together and far below the standards one expects from a Hilton Garden Inn. I have photographs documenting its condition. • I used the public men’s restroom on the first floor. Both restroom stalls had broken door latches, making neither stall capable of being locked. That should never occur in a hotel open to the public. • After consuming the two complimentary bottles of water provided upon arrival, I stopped by the front desk and requested another bottle. I was told complimentary water is only provided on the first day. Frankly, I found that response astonishing. We both know those bottles cost only pennies. A lot more to say but no more room, only 1,500 characters maximum. STAY AWAY!

No complaints. Everything about the property was acceptable to my standards.

We enjoyed our stay. The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Would’ve been nice if the pool was warm.

We liked it. Would stay again.

Even though it was a Yale graduation, I thought the price was too inflated. Somehow a breach of trust. So many Yale students have scholarships, but families aren't rich, as in the old days. Even 50 dollars less per night would be welcome. As it was, I felt you were commanding my money because you could. Tacky.
