Charming overall, great value, and perfect location.

Amazing views! Wonderful food and great host!!

They need to work on dinner options on site. Very limited and food prepared early in the day, then served in take out containers. Continental breakfast was very adequate.

It is a beautiful location. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our original room had an unpleasant odor. We tried to air it out, but were not able to do so. It would have been helpful to have a chair and small table in the room, although we realize there really wasn't room for them. We appreciate the manager allowing us to stay in an available room at the same rate. It would have been good to know that there were no restaurants nearby for dinner. The breakfast offerings at the inn were nice.

The property was amazing. I loved atmosphere. The beautiful view were unmatched. Parking is very tight, also thought I was getting a room with a balcony, so be careful and maybe do a little more research inquire which room you're actually getting

The View That our reservation was cancelled by the manager after an email exchange that ended with me writing See You Saturday. Manager ( Erick) was not on site and could not be reached. Our room had been given away and the staff could not accommodate us. Extremely disappointing. Planned to spend our 46th wedding anniversary there. They ruined that! Can not recommend this Inn.

Breakfast - though not luxurious, yet good and substantial. Location - excellent, cannot be better. Staff - kind, respectful, responsive.

Location, view, fireplace in the room, private deck before with an incredible view, easy accessible hiking areas, breakfast was good, Eric, the manager consistently did above and beyond in everything, including lending me his own cell phone charge cord!!!!

It was very quiet and the views were great The staff was friendly. It was very warm the day we stayed and our room was very warm as well There isn't any AC but there was a fan an we opened the doors to our balcony.

Our room was small but there is a balcony and lovely public areas in the hotel.

False advertising, food worse than bad airplane food; tiny dark room, not a private balcony, no tub as promised , rude staff

The location was unbeatable for hiking near Muir Woods and Mount Tamalpais. The view from our second-floor balcony was very nice. When we had an issue with our door, Owen quickly fixed it. Common areas are nicely decorated and look and feel cozy. There is a cabinet of board games and books for guests to peruse. The duvet cover was stained in multiple places, and the first set of towels we were given smelled musty. The door was finicky and kind of hard to lock and unlock— it did get a little easier after Owen fixed it.

Loved the quiet and beautiful views from our balcony. Breakfast was lovely and the owner stopped by our table for a pleasant chat. Other than our experience with Grumpelstilstkin at check in, we had a great stay. Maybe he was going through somethingk.
