Finishings have been updated. However, the room had a moldy, musty smell when you first walk in even after leaving the air on to circulate in the room. Bathroom door hinges and door frame was rusty from the humidity. Staff was great, helpful and breakfast was well stocked.

The floor in the room was very wet and damp. So gross!

Size of the room is good. Be prepared to enter a weird access code anytime you want to watch TV. Be prepared for breakfast items to run out. Early check-in and late check out are a plus.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and kind. They were attentive. The hotel was comfortable and quiet.

The room that was assigned looked dirty. The manager said it was stained and scuffed from moving things on the floors. He did move me and my family to another room. It was only one night.

front desk manager very unprofessional- did not assist with the needs of what my family needed...ignored the help and concern we needed and did not attempt to fix or help with the issue

I was coming in from driving 7hrs and had a 1pm appt. I got to the hotel and Jeremy the front desk manager at that hour was kind enough to assist me with making sure I had access to a room so early in the morning, assisting me with how I paid for my room and just making sure I was ready for my appointment on time. I was under a lot of stress but him being as kind and courteous as he was gave nothing but exceptional customer service. When I say he went out of his way to accommodate me, he and his manager went out of their way and I am truly grateful.

The window blinds, toilet and tv remote didn’t work. On the 4th day I tried to use the microwave and there was a dried up muffin in there-from the last guest. The front desk militant lady was rude. There were giant cockroaches running around in the middle of the night… I trapped under coffee cups.

Great location for our need on this visit. Bed wasn't comfortable. The toilet and tub were different colors- unusual for a hotel. They were out of eggs at breakfast and we asked for more - none ever came. Had to look for someone to checkout and he was borderline rude when I called out and ask if anyone was in the back. The smell of bleach hit you when you walked in the door.

The shower tub needs to be replaced. The repairing of the tub takes away from the comfort of the rest of the room.
