Lightbulbs were out in the room and the batteries didn’t work in the remote. The run had an odor.

The motel was fine, the room was reasonably comfortable but kinda ugly.
-
The breakfast food is so limited and the time open is short. The room utilities are so old and the refrigerator running makes noise. The room key did not work during my stay. They could not fix it so I had them open the door to get in all times.

The key card did not work so I had to ask the staff to open the room to get in during my stay. The breakfast is so limited with food and open time. The utilities in the room are so old and made noise.

Upon check-in we learned that the power was out. It appeared that there was power everywhere except at this motel. At check-in were told they had a power outage and it should be back on in an hour. My husband and I went out to dinner (50 minutes) then went shopping at a near department store (45 minutes). Then we went back to the motel and encountered the East Indian owner. We were promised a refund. Hopefully, that will happen. Since it was about 8pm on a Friday night and we were 3.5 hours from home, we scrambled to find a hotel with an available room. It was family weekend at a local college and the better hotels were mostly booked. Thankfully, we found a room at a decent hotel, although it was 3 times as expensive as the Days Inn. My husband and I stayed in a shockingly rundown Days Inn in Augusta to attend the Masters (all hotels were booked at that time and we had no choice but to stay there. We thought we’d take a chance with a different Days Inn. Within these experiences, Under No Circumstances will we ever stay at another Days Inn! We are learning that most of the motels & hotels bought out by East Indians are allowed to deteriorate. They don’t or won’t keep them in good condition.

Sheets and towels were very clean. Room was clean, but needs new carpeting, paint, bed spreads, general updating. Unfortunately while we were there the keying machine did not work, so the clerk had to let us in every time we came back to the room. He would literally run to the room to open it for us. Not that big of a deal as we were only there for one night.

Went here with a friend for parents weekend at GCSU. The young man who checked me in was so helpful. Made me feel like family rather than just a patron. The building and rooms show their age. If you’re looking for something with all the bells and whistles then this isn’t the place for you. We just wanted an affordable clean convenient room which is exactly what we got. The plus was the young man who checked us in and truly showed compassion to 2 senior citizen ladies traveling. I felt his caring ways who just wanted our stay to be a good one and it was.

It was quiet, they happen to have the TV channels I wanted to watch.

We checked in went and got something to eat came back and checked back out. We didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. Pictures look nothing like the place looks. The bed was u even, the table leg was broken. The door was almost impossible to get open. It was a wast of $100. Very disappointing.

Wasn’t the nicest

The room was clean.

Everything was very clean, but the building and amenities are clearly old. Unfortunately, the outdated window air conditioners left the room feeling musty and damp. While the dining area was tidy, the refrigerator door was missing, leaving the limited breakfast items exposed to room temperature. The staff were incredibly kind and did their best, but they’re working with a dilapidated building that’s well over 20 years old. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the $80.
-
The hotel is disgusting! Smelled like marijuana, our door didn’t even shut all the way. We will never stay there again. The front desk staff was nice but the over all hotel need to be torn down.

I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is definitely dated, but it's clean and served it's purpose for my 2 night stay. It was quiet and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The room was also very spacious and it had a fridge, microwave and was close to everything you can possibly need. I'm staying def staying again on my next trip to Milledgeville.
