The breakfast was so much more than just 'Continental'. You can chose from excellent cheese grits, self made waffles, assorted melons, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, pre-made omelets, potatoes...and of course tea and coffee. This particular location refreshes your room every other day. Would have been a nice touch if they had explained the afternoon we checked in. There is a notice on the bathroom mirror, but we didn't notice that until I'd already visited the front desk. They explained and graciously gave me fresh towels.

Upon check out, requested a receipt and was told " no ". Both times the staff seemed to enjoy saying "no" to the most basic request. The only pleasant people at this property seemed to be the housekeeping staff. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

It wasn’t far from where I had to go . It was in a great area . Plenty of food and shopping areas near by The elevator was down the whole time I stayed.

Easy check in. Hotel was very clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast that was provided each day. The elevator going out. Was manageable due to us being on the second floor so it wasnt that ad.. The door didnt close all the way when closing it. It would appear closed but had to check because it could still be open. Issue happen for both rooms we booked.

While I appreciated being accommodated upon arrival, I was disappointed by the overall lack of empathy and accountability throughout my stay. The room itself felt damp and had an unpleasant odor. We also found pet hair on the comforter shortly after arriving, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. When we briefly turned on the heat, a strong burning smell came through the vents. After contacting the front desk, the only suggestion provided was to run the air conditioning to circulate the air. No offer was made to inspect the issue or ensure the room was safe and comfortable. In addition, when I reached out regarding a reservation issue, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than genuinely heard. I understand policies exist, but I expected a greater level of customer service and flexibility from a brand that has consistently provided positive experiences in the past. Overall, this stay fell well below the standards I have come to expect from Hampton Inn and the Hilton family of hotels.

Pleasant, quiet overnight stay. Found everything to be clean and well kept. Staff cordial and helpful.

Location was easy to get in and out of, no issues. staff was friendly and even extended the pool time due to a weather delay so the kids could play longer in the pool. Easy to check in and out, breakfast had a variety to choose from. The Fridge did not work properly and did not have a freezer, this should be a requirement since some people travel with sports and need a freezer section to put icepacks in to freeze and be ready for the next day.

The carpets hotel wide were being cleaned when I arrived. The carpets in my room remained wet for the duration of my stay. The dark roast coffee was not dark. The morning cheese omelettes were dry and silly looking. The check in was easy, fast and pleasant. The person at the front desk was a pro. The art work seemed dated but the new huge LG TV in my room was great.

Comfortable beds and large rooms. Housekeeping staff very thorough and helpful. Reception and breakfast teams excellent hospitality. Our family enjoyed the pool area on a hot day; appreciated that pool towels were provided. Would be great to have some healthier options at breakfast as well as real cutlery instead of single-use plastic. Coffee very weak (even the dark roast). No possibility to open window in bedroom for fresh air. These points are pretty standard across the hotel chain, but would be great to improve these aspects in all of the Hampton Inn hotels
