Very rude staff, all of them actually, not friendly also rude,

There was a racist bar tender that was very rude and had to later be removed by police for being a racist to someone else.

Hotel was nice and clean but the TV didn’t work so that was a little annoying especially since I wanted to watch the football 🏈 game, the front desk had a technician come to my room to troubleshoot the problem and he couldn’t figure it out so the front desk gave me another room by that time the football game was nearly over and I had to get updates on my phone. It sucks to pay your hard earned money and not feel satisfied with your purchase.

Loved the location so much stuff is close by great parking didn’t have to worry about anything! I think the cleaning in the bathroom could be better. The tub & the toilet was a bit nasty…..

Ice machine was not working as well. I asked about my breakfast voucher and she said it didn’t have it until I showed her the information .

Rooms were decent and so was the continental breakfast I didn't like that I had to pay for parking to stay at a hotel that should provide parking and the fact that they want to charge for everything

Room was spacious, couch and an eating area. Not alot of working tv channels. AC worked and was not super loud. I would stay there again but would like to be able to use the television.

Ice machines didn’t work, we had to go get our own ice from gas station. Also there was a very strong smell from the bathroom sewer and to top it off the pillows smell like sweat. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Price & location The group in 406 partied all night, we called the front office not much was done. We slept great till midnight but that's when the party showed up, listened to it for 5½ hours & just ended up driving back to Oregon. I would have got better sleep in my truck.

Newer property, clean, friendly front desk, parking lot security Paying $15/night to park, which I failed to see upon booking room. Paying to park at suburban hotels like this one is the new norm by greedy corporations and I usually refuse to support this but I didn’t check, so be aware. There’s a parking lot security guy which is nice but was also annoying to deal with when entering/leaving the property. The room smelled atrocious. I couldn’t even tell you what the smell was. Door lock broke leaving me stuck outside with load of laundry (no basket) that I had to dump on the hall floor as I made a couple of trips down to the front desk. Maintenance came to open door and left, didn’t say a word. The laundry machine is a ripoff as well. You have to add funds onto an app and of course they charge you a fee to load funds. Another corporate tactic to nickel and dime folks.

Hotel was nice. Location was good Front desk person was kind. There was an event there and the restaurant/bar was not open completely. The bartender stopped working in the middle of his shift, the restaurant was not open fully.

It is a very nice, new Holiday Inn. Staff is great. Clean, comfortable rooms. N/A

The rooms are dirty, the televisions in their rooms don’t work. And they refused to give a full refund once the complaints were filed. They only wanted to switch my room three times just to result that all the rooms had issues with their televisions and the theirs and final room was dirty. Do not book here. Or use this app to book there, they will try to keep your money.

Muy mal servicio el personal incluyendo el manager muy mal aparte dice Que el desayuno es incluido y cuando vas te dicen que no y el costo es de $ 21 por persona parqueo te lo cobran también el hotel solo es la presentacion de afuera ya los cuartos muy mal las sábanas sucias y no te dan servicio de limpiesa lo pides y siempre te dan una excusa para nunca llegar a limpiar
