Good distance from Great America/Levi stadium. Lots of transients in the parking lot, bed was uncomfortable. Large family was out on the common yard by our room until late at night BBQing and drinking. Upon arrival I asked to cancel night #2 and was told the manager would be in at 7am, which he did not and new desk attendant would not assist.

The location is decent. Overall it's pretty bad, I understand it's expensive around this area, and I changed to this hotel as it is rated 4-star and I naturally thought 4-star would be better than a 3-star. The room is not clean, facility is as a typical motel, and parking is challenging after hours.

What I like about the property was how it was set up like a play area the parking and the rooms What I didn’t like about the property was when you looked out the window of the bathroom and you seen windows screen and trash from people

The room smelled - I have a bad leg and asked for a downstairs and they said they were full . But the parking lot didn’t have any cars . Weird
