Parking was terrible. Sketchy people everywhere. Room was eh, 4/10. It was a place to sleep.

Nothing Everything

I like that it's right next to The Great Mall and it's close to my work. There's a lot to do around here, it's casual and not too many people all around. I don't like that the rates on the room keep getting higher every time I come here. I don't like the pressure of the water that comes out of the shower head. Some times it takes a while for the water to be hot. The drain in the bath tub wasn't working right. I didn't get to enjoy my shower much! For me, I can only afford getting a room like this rarely, so it's a major bummer when I can't even enjoy my shower. When I do manage to find the money to enjoy the benefits of this place, Its very distasteful when I can't enjoy the bare minimum of get a room! I didn't like the fact that only 1 of the washers worked. I did 2 loads and the dryer only worked for 1 load, I had to take the 2nd load to a laundry mat down the street. Altogether this most recent stay was the worst stay so far but the staff are friendly and helpful. I would come back!

Passable

The floors had splits and it creeks when you walk on it. The furniture is broken down. Curtains were filthy. Hair in the tub. Microwave light didn’t work and something was stuck on the dish inside. Coffee machine wasn’t clean. Ironing board, but no iron

Front desk staff is very helpful and efficient. Especially the gentlemen that works the daytime shift

To much riff raff on site. Clean the place up. Disgraceful.

The room smells like dogs

I reserved a non-smoking Room and the room I got on my first night reeked like cigarettes. It was nauseous. The room’s floor was dirty, there was a black scum ring on the toilet bowl, plus grim in the bathroom edges. When I opened my sheets there was a thick long black hair. The pillow had red stains. The hallways were filled with at least two trash bags and two different locations. Is the most disgusting room I have ever slept in in all of America. The next day they transferred me to a better room, which was clean and smoke free, and acceptable for a 2-Star.

The hotel was in the quite area, so I got good sleep.
