The inn was not luxurious, but it was not supposed to be as the price was low compared to other motels/inns. For the low price, Heritage was very functional and provided all my needs for a work trip and the staff was very helpful and available. I even accidentally left my retainer, which is expensive, so I called to try to get it back. The owner asked his cleaning staff about it, located it and mailed it back to me promptly. He even reached out by phone to keep me updated. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel but the price was right. My only complaint is the toilet seat was loose. I worked around it, although if I asked, they probably would have sent staff to fix it ASAP, but I didn't want to be bothered.

Very fast service and they let us check in in the middle of the night because our flight was delayed and did not get in until 2:30a. Enjoyed our stay

Location The property is run down poorly managed. The pic's don't match the actual property.

Only thing I liked was they didn’t require a deposit. Everything, it was disgusting. The pictures make it seem nicer than it is but it was so gross.
