Beds were comfy and location worked for us We left a day early so the manager said he would happily refund us on the 2 rooms yet still waiting 3 weeks later. Understandable they didn't have to but said they would so should keep to their word. Breakfast wasn't enough to say they do a breakfast just packet stuff and the coffee was disgusting, more like a syrup it was that think like they just kept putting new on to old without cleaning it out and no coffee machine in the room.

The property its at a good location. Down the street from knotts . The staff were nice . I had a bad experience I woke up to my snacks being chewed through the bag! There was a rat in my room! Prior to that while we were walking back to our room my husband had seen a rat by the trash cans . I wouldn’t stay here again sadly.

The rooms were clean and were as described Check-in was an absolute joke. I stood there for 15 minutes just waiting for someone to help me, and then had to sit around for another 30 minutes because my room wasn’t even ready at 6:00 PM. To top it off, they have the nerve to call a couple of pieces of fruit and some stale, cold packaged pastries a 'breakfast', it was a total waste of my time even going down there.
