The rooms were clean and the staff was really helpful. They have free beer tastings in the evening at the hotel bar.
-
Both indoor and outdoor pools were not open and the hot tub was murky looking.

First of all we went there expecting two working pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. Since it’s advertised that way. We check in and are told that the outside pool, hot tub, and sauna are all closed. Go into the weight room and one of the universal gym handles is completely broken off. We make it to our room to see the ceiling falling apart. It was about 100 degrees in the room and humid. The elevators were not better one not working at all and the other one stops on the third floor for no reason both up and down. The bathrooms in the pools were so disgusting that we had to go to our room and we were the only ones in the pool. The main bathroom has empty soap container and no toilet paper in multiple of the stalls. The convene store sells microwaveable items with no microwave in the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel. Only good thing was the staff that we could find was very friendly.

At check in we were told the pool was closed. We were offered a free cancelation but we had just drove 10 hours and it was 7:30 at night so I just checked in. It would have been simple for the hotel to send a message via my booking app letting me know before hand.l was hoping they would be working on the pool over the weekend. However they didnt have anyone working on it during the weekend before a sold out day. Saw a mouse running around the parking lot. Went to the elevator - only one working had very long wait times because it was also not working correctly. It stayed on the 3rd floor so you would have to wait for it to stop on flrs 4, 5, and 6 before it came down to 1. The sensor that stopped it from closing on people was not responsive, I have a bruised hand from it hitting it and it hit another guest in the head while we were getting on. The carpet areas in the lobby are gross, stained, and dirty. The room - It was so damp in our room, everything from the pillows to the carpet felt moist. The rooms wallpaper is bubbling. The room was incredibly dark - had to use my flashlight at 10:30am with the window open. Outdoor pool - completely empty. Travels dont expect that open anytime soon. Indoor pool- who knows Fitness center - just not there? No where i could find it. Garden- nope Vending machines - nope. Just overpriced front desk stuff.

I stayed here before, room was decent and clean. This time my room was very outdated and I questioned the cleanliness. 1 of the elevators was broken. The rooms need to be updated, it's hit or miss on the rooms. The area where the hotel is located is very nice, I felt safe walking around at night. Hotel near restaurants, grocery store, dollar tree and near the freeway. The hotel has a bar/restaurant pretty decent. The staff was very nice, check in and out went smoothly.

They tried billing me more money. There is no provided breakfast. The room was nasty and it was like a sauna.

I booked through Expedia,a 3rd party vendor. Their only concern is taking your money. I reserved a room with a king sized bed. Upon arrival I was told that my room with large bed wasn't available. I was told that 3rd party vendors are not online with Sheraton. I attempted to get reserved bed the following day, with no luck. The short soft bed (I'm 6'7" inches tall) hurt my back. They over booked the rooms with king sized beds. I didn't enjoy my four day stay in the short beds.

The outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and ice machines were all non functioning and or closed indefinitely.
-
Property outside makes this hotel look trashy. Need to mow and and take care of the trees. One elevator was broken. The one that worked stopped at the 3rd floor every time you went up. Rooms were average. Clean. Beds were good.

We stayed last night week in June 28- July 5 both pool were closed. I paid for my room month in advance and I was charged $150 for incidentals and my daughter paid for her room for those same nights and they charged her $50 for incidentals and when I asked the lady why I got charged 150 and she said because you paid for your room in advance I would think that would be a good thing, but I guess not. We only picked that hotel because of the pool they gave us a gift cards for breakfast and the ladies gave a hard time wanting to know what room we stayed in just to get the breakfast, but I didn’t see them asking anybody else that same thing so I was very disappointed with the state it smelt like mold like it was moisture every time we came in the room, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling

The Pool is out of service from our room you can see the pool is filled with dirt and non functional.. they told us the pool was not in service so im assuming the indoor pool was non operational also. The room smelled when you walked him.
-
Bad. Unclean. I met another guest who was trying to leave the hotel.
-
Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. On the flip side both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed. This is not specified on website prior to arrival. Everything from the outside maintenance to the room maintenance needs more attention.
-
The only good was the room. Staff was friendly and did give extra towels.
-
Best experience. Very clean and staff really helpful.
-
Only 1 elevator was operational. Neither one of the pools, which were advertised were non operational along with sauna. The ice machine on the 6th floor didn't work. Did not try the restaurant or bar area.
-
The front desk staff were amazing
-
Very old property and musty smell in room.
-
The pool was not in service. Indoor or outdoor. The food was okay, not the greatest and there are no other options that you can walk to.
