Sheets were ripped and some of the bedding was badly stained.

Lobby breakfast area is huge. Lots of seating for groups. Great hotel. Nice staff. Very clean. Awesome breakfast. Gym was top notch. Pool area and yard space was large. Great food option next door at strip mall.
-
The deadbolt for the door didn’t work; the refrigerator made loud whining sound; the inside of the bathroom door did not have a handle. The staff was informed twice and did nothing to fix the problems.

There was a thing of Old pads in my trashcan. Nobody came to replace them or anything and then they won’t give me any money back for it because that should’ve been Clean. I’m very upset. I even wasted $400 with them. I’m going to dispute it.

Great gathering space near lobby for family and friends to gather and socialize

We think there should be another safety bar in the shower, As elderly people we had a hard time getting out of the shower, The side needs a bar to hang onto.
