The fire alarm went off twice during the night making it impossible to go back to sleep. We checked out at 500am. I heard when we checked in that the same thing happened the previous night. Not how we wanted to end our overnight stay.

I made the reservation 2 weeks before our stay. We arrived at 3:15 pm. The room was not ready. Other people seemed to be getting a room. We waited an hour before we got into our room. Not happy about that.

Not enough staff for breakfast. Very hardworking, pleasant staff, but one person isn’t enough.

Breakfast selection was great. The Staff was very good to excellent. The check-in desk was very busy, with tornado warnings, guests check-ins, and questions about "what to do in if the tornado warning affected North Milwaukee/Glendale."

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and very comfortable beds and pillows. Workout room was very well equipped with free weights, kettle bells, weighted balls, and TRX straps. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast time was from 6-10am and when we came down at 9:15am the warm food had run out and the kitchen staff refused to make more eggs or oatmeal despite many customers complaining that there was no warm food for them to eat. There was no manager on site to complain to.

Whoever was suppose to clean they just cleaned enough to get the job done. They have some plumbing issues. My sink was backed up. But the staff was friendly

Clean. I loved the aroma of the atmosphere. And the breakfast was great! The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel is a fabulous new addition. I have no complaints.
