Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee North

I worked out at the gym and all three of the treadmills were filthy. One of them did not even work. Then I was told they couldn’t give me a receipt when I checked out because I booked through Orbitz. I travel frequently and have never heard that before. We also had family there in the hotel because we were going to a wedding and there was not a functioning iron in two of the rooms. Worst stay I’ve had in a long time.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was very comfortable. It was quiet and we slept well!

Sadly, this hotel has gone downhill over the last few years. The rooms are now shabby and even the bathroom smells like mildew. We didn't feel it was worth the price for mediocre to below average quality.

The room was as described; 2 queen beds, functioning bathroom, desk with chair, tv, fridge. Was disappointed in no other furniture. Bathroom was stocked with towels for 3, but booked for 4. Shower curtain was barely long enough to contain water, resulting in a wet floor. Pool was out of service throughout the entire stay. One entrance had a broken card reader making it non functional. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was stocked and fresh.

The sheets had blood stains when we arrived. I went down to the front desk and I asked for a set of sheets and changed the sheets myself. There was a large group of people staying there and the hallways were very loud. The clerk at the front desk wasn’t available. It was a horrible experience. I thought I was getting a handicapped room. There was no shower chair an available for my handicapped mother. We won’t stay here again.

Friendly staff, superb service, perfect location

Everything was so very pleasant during my stay at Fairfield North in Milwaukee. Staff, accommodations, atmosphere, very very nice. I will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Bad gym. Noisy neighbors. Called the front desk 3 times and they were no help. Even the smoke alarm light blinks in your eyes. If you love breakfast they have that for free but I am not a breakfast person so it was irrelevant to my experience. Free parking was good! The bathroom was not cleaned and the body wash/soap was not refilled.

The staff was very friendly, the room service didn’t have to be remind them to clean our room N/A

Nothing major wrong, but little things like no shower gel in the dispenser, broken toilet paper holder, no information anywhere as far as breakfast times, and it was a challenge to get the key fob to work, especially on the back doors to get into the hotel. Pool was closed which was very disappointing to our grandkids. Would have been nice to have a heads up. Bed was very comfortable but was made up very shabbily when we checked in. I really hope it was clean sheets!!

Location The customer service representatives needs to be retrained. It says there a crib available upon requset , no one for filled my request, I asked twice. This was the reason, I chose this location. They let someone in to come to my room and called after the fact. They gave me a key new key, and didn’t ask for an ID.

I had to get my shower drain fixed!!

Front desk staff was outstanding

This property is probably on par with the price. Rooms where decent, clean from what I saw, beds where above average. I'd say my only big complaint is the breakfast selection. Not a fan of watery bagged eggs. But all in all I'd stay here again when I come back to the area.

Staff was polite and helpful There were alot of customers keeping up a lot of noise due to fighting and arguing

Breakfast is always fresh. Staff is always so nice. Rooms are large and clean.

The neighborhood was ok breakfast was good Arrived to the property the pool have been shut down front desk clerk said that they would be out to fix the pool that day I was there for 2 days never once did they open the pool bathroom in my room tub was disgusting my toilet plugged up and overflowed the overall neighborhood was great to expensive never would have thought I would have had this type of service
