I was charged again for a night after I paid Expedia.

No refrigerator.or microwave for the money it should of been one

Nothing, could not wait to leave. That there was no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, or hair dryer as listed in the amenities. The lights by the bed and outlet did not work. So the only light in the room were the bathroom and the one by the room entrance.The TV could only be turned on & off, and only volume control worked, could not change channels, only 1 preset channel, so no cable channels available as stated in amenities.

The staff was really cool and nice definitely my girl Liz she’s so sweet and very helpful I give her a ten outta ten

Always a great stay

broken security latch, broken deadbolt, huge hole in bathroom door with sharp exposed wood chips, inside the hole in the bathroom door exposed mold.

The floor was very dirty doesn't look like they ever move the beds and clean under then the walls were nasty and tfe matress under the sheets needs to be thrown away

The location The WiFi or TV never worked the entire time I was there. In the beginning when I asked about the WiFi, the staff pretended there wasn’t a problem. Eventually they admitted it was down due maintenance & improvements.

There was a large patch of chipped drywall/paint on one wall. One of the mattresses was a queen, but it was resting on the box springs of a full. And the mattress had a massive round depression in the center of it - like you might see in a movie depiction of a flophouse. I didn't actually think a mattress with a "sinkhole" in the center was a real thing, until I saw it for myself. The vinyl floors were sticky. There was a big crack in the window of my room. The beds were made with the top sheet on top of the bedspread, not the other way around. I was so shocked by how horrific this room was that I only stayed in it for about 10 minutes, while I tried to find another hotel. However, I could not connect to the wi-fi, so I gave up. It was only while waiting to turn in my room key and tell the front desk agent that I was not staying there, that I heard her tell the man checking in that the wi-fi was down. I honestly can't believe that Expedia lists this hotel. I'm shocked the hotel is not condemned. I read all of the reviews about how nice the staff is, and that they are doing the best they can with what they have. I get that. However, a nice staff cannot make up for the terrible accommodations. This was the worst hotel I have ever booked, and I would gladly pay to not stay there, which is what I ultimately did. I left.
