They only had one towel in the room and a used towel from a previous guest. When asked, they had no other clean towels for us to use. The sausage rounds at breakfast were raw. The staff that checked us in was friendly.

I would go there again if I needed to.

The hotel was pleasant, room was clean, breakfast was typical quick grab and go, location was close to restaurants. We had no issues, staff was nice. It was just a place to rest our heads while in Glendale.

Room was dirty , bathroom floor was dirty and nasty with a lot of hair and the floor , was cereal and food crumbles on the carpet , mini fridge was dirty too , never came back again, this was one of the worst hotel that I ever stayed….. I was there only for 8 hours, I was not able to stay more time .

The man at the check in desk was not helpful.

Staff was good

Nice quite stay, bed was super comfy. But the cleaning need to improve! Top of picture frames were dirty, bed side tables were dusty, top of headboard was dirty, opened the blinds in the morning & the dead bugs & filthy behind them was horrible. And yes ABSOLUTELY I look at those things because I use to be a hotel housekeeper.

Clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was great--helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The hotel was nice and quiet. The breakfast was the usual offerings. The area was kept clean and well stocked by staff the entire time. The negative that was serious enough just to bring it down to just "okay" was a pervasive and strong Marijuana smell that they seemed to have tried to cover up with an even stronger smell of baby powder. The carpet and chair were well worn and past their prime. The shower didn't drain properly so you were standing in water as you showered.

The staff was nice, breakast was good. Everything was clean. The neighborhood is scary. The neighborhood. There was a razor blade in the parking lot.

Location was good. Close to Baview Mall and restaurants.

Breakfast area and food choices were very good. The room itself was very basic but adequate overall.

The entire hotel had a bad smell. Toilet paper was not filled. Pillows were lumpy and old.
