Older property. Old carpet. Mattresses were not great...

It was a mess from the start. Paid way to much for a dirty room. Closed the pool because they were understaffed. Do yourself a favor dont go

No hot tub, no pool- half the reason we originally booked. The restaurant was closed. Bed was uncomfortable, water pressure in the shower- even on second floor-wasn’t good. Clearly they “updated” but cut corners. Sooooo much noise. Anytime a door around you opened or closed it was sooo loud.

We did not stay at the hotel.The pool was closed.The hot tub was closed for the amount of money they charged.I need to know what I need to do to get a refund Nothing did not stay need refund

I needed to wrap a towel around the handle of the hairdryer as it was gross and i didn't want to touch it. also, the shower pressure was a joke

The pool and hot tub were closed and we were not notified about this.

Peaceful

Rooms are decent sized, amenities were not open yet like pool. The area surrounding is pretty much just hospitals and offices, so will need to fo further for shopping or eating out e.t.c

Staff was nice. Bartender was very good

Service was great. Location good. Breakfast not included, have to pay extra per person. Wish could have used the pool.

Very well kept. Staff was very welcoming and plenty of parking in the parking lot. We aren't familiar with the area and definitely felt comfortable. We will for sure be back for any other event held around down that way.

Pool was closed. Completely coffee pods in room are not replaced daily as you would expect. So, bring you own your own coffee pods.
