Nice property for the price.

Tanya Taylor was the staff member at check in. I travel frequently for work and have NEVER been told "breakfast is NOT included! You do NOT get breakfast!" And there was no talking to her about it. But Monica made it right, she apologized and provided a breakfast voucher. Breakfast was delicious. The rest of the staff was wonderful, especially Monica and the housekeeping people. Rooms were clean, but the bed wasn't very comfortable. Great location.

Our stay was disappointing overall. When we checked in, we were given the wrong room, and the night staff was not very helpful in resolving the issue. During our stay, one of the elevators broke, which meant we had to walk a considerable distance and use another elevator. The hotel was also uncomfortably warm throughout, including the guest rooms and hallways, making it difficult to relax. Another surprise was that breakfast was not included with the room, and the price was much higher than expected. The one bright spot of our stay was Tanya. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to assist us and made us feel like she cared about our experience. Her excellent customer service stood out and was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the issues with the room, staff response, elevator, temperature, and expensive breakfast outweighed the positives. We hope the hotel addresses these concerns because it has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

Clean room and bed was comfy

Place for one night, this may be a good choice. For longer stays without a vehicle, I would not recommend this place. It has significant limitations on eating/restaurant. Make sure To note the restaurant advertised on line is closed and has been since Covid. Why they still advertise it, is anyone's guess. There was no microwave in the room when I asked why she said I had to pay extra for that...which is something I've never heard of. Also servicing of the rooms is either not there or very inconsistent. Even asking for service after a three night stay failed to get my room serviced. Before leaving for the day, I requested service again for my last night by writing on a door card Please Service Room, which was then only partially serviced. Staff was overall pleasant- one housekeeper stood out and went out of her way to take care of my friend and I at checkout.

They never cleaned the room for my entire stay?

I was seconds from calling my credit card company and filing a refund for service not rendered. Never again

Clean appearance however the musty smell was powerful Stricter policies need to be enforced for people smoking weed. Having people smoke right outside the entry door is bad enough but being able to smell it in the bathroom since the ventilation system connects was awful.

Bedroom was clean. Staff was helpful during my stay. Easy to find parking spaces. Breakfast area was a bit dirty.

Convenient location off the hwy. Good quality breakfast with above average offerings. Happy with the choice of hotel for the evening.

The pool and hot tub were dirty. The pool floor and stairs were slippery which means there is bacteria/algae present. The hot tub had quite a bit of debris floating around. This was a let down especially when you are traveling with kiddos who love to swim.

After over an hour I finally checked in. When I got up to my floor there was a pair of underwear lying on the ground outside the elevator, and ice machine was broken. When I checked out the next morning (I was only staying one night) I told all this to the manager, who seemed annoyed that I wanted to talk to her and told me to complain to Expedia about it. This happened on the first day of a large festival occuring over Fourth of July weekend, and in my opinion there's absolutely no excuse to leaving one, singular person to staff the front desk during peak check-in hours on a day like that. She did an amazing job with what she could but if rooms aren't clean and phones are ringing off the hook maybe you need to hire some staff.
