Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The AC worked almost too well, though. We had trouble finding a comfortable setting: 70° made the room feel muggy, while 68° or 69° made it freezing. When it reached the set temperature, the unit would blow hot air for a few seconds, which was odd. It was also leaking condensation, leaving the floor soaked next to the bed. A picture had fallen off the bathroom wall and was leaning against it when we arrived. I reported it so the staff wouldn’t think we caused it, but it should have been addressed before our arrival for safety reasons. We were surprised that breakfast was an additional $17 per person. While we didn’t mind paying extra, that felt steep for what was offered. The dining area also needed attention. Tables weren’t being cleared or wiped down, and an employee sitting behind the desk issuing the guest plates and silverware was eating his own plate of food, which didn’t feel particularly sanitary. Overall, the location was fine, the room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were nice. The AC maintenance and breakfast/dining area could definitely use improvement.

When I asked the front desk lady to have a security officer escort me in the elevator up to my room because I felt unsafe about other guests she asked me “why what is the problem” then the security officer asked her why I would want that?

The room was decent, but it was outside in the common areas that needed runners to be vacuumed. Appearance and cleanliness for a Holiday Inn was subpar to me.

Only good thing about this hotel was the location around our plans. The smell of weed. Damp sheets and towels. No streaming or guide on the TV. Also took staff 2 times to come get it to work. Broken coffee pot in the room and didn't get replaced. Something sticky smeared around the room. Had to keep going to lobby for coffee which was always empty. Paint chipping off the tub. No exhaust fan in bath. Everything felt wet or damp including floors.

Receptionist friendly. Room and hallway smelly

Parking Our room was not ready when we got there so they got us a different room but it was $80 more expensive. It really made me mad and holiday inn will not be a place I stay again.

My room smelled like mold and the carpet around the air conditioner was soaking wet!

Check in was 1 hour late. Staff were not very friendly. The gym only had 1/4 cardio machines working + broken AC. The pool and spa were closed. Overall, the hotel did not feel clean.

The staff here is fantastic--so friendly and helpful. We can't say enough good things about them.
