The location was awesome! Such a short walk to Target Field and lots of bars/restaurants in the area. Definitely dated, but clean. The parking while checking in was not great.

Breakfast was good with great choices to choose from. Overall hotel needs updating.

Erika was super helpful and the nicest person ever. She helped with upgrade which booking.com did not. She helped with all our questions which booking.com did not. Would never use booking.com again. Will call and ask for Erika. She made us laugh and was just all around perfect at her job. Having to go through booking.com. I will always contact facility itself and not go through third party booking. Get a hugs run around with booking.com.

Very helpful staff and a nice amount of parking. There were no trash cans in the bathroom area and the pull out couch mattress was very worn out.

Decent breakfast, beautiful pool area, lovely room with little kitchen- very helpful. Friendly staff and we appreciate the late check out time.

Pillows are non existent, prepare your neck. Our bed had wacky springs that denied comfort. The floor/carpet remained moist and you could feel the mildew with each step. Shower took forever to heat up and then there was water everywhere no matter how hard you held the short shower curtain in place. Location was nice, easy walk to public transport and local eateries. Nice pool.

Room very clean, hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles. Billiards room and outdoor pool. 15 min walk from target field and center. 30 minute walk to us bank stadium. In quiet residential neighborhood not directly downtown plenty of dining all in 1 mile radius

You cannot beat the location it is great. Paying to park wasn’t so much but you can always try and find street I guess. The hotel itself is fairly dumpy. Outdated. Dishwasher didn’t work. Tv can’t be watched from the bed….wth. Cluttered room did not fit three people well. Stay for the location, but know that it’s nothing to write home about

I've stayed here many times. The property is a bit dated, as they say, but the staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. The location is close to North Loop restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly.

The hotel needs to be upgraded and requires additional maintenance. We had issues with the plumbing, air conditioning and elevators.
