I was overcharged from the rate. I was guaranteed by hotels.com. The front desk employee refused to correct their charging error. When I try to follow up further the front desk employee said there’s nothing she could do and hung up the phone on me. I had to insist on talking to a manager who then later made the correction and apologized. Crazy behavior by a hotel employee.

The hotel is extremely convenient to Target Field, where we were going to see a Twins game. We just took the Blue Line in from the airport, which has a stop not far from the hotel, so no rental car was needed. The staff, room and cleanliness were all excellent,

Great location in downtown Minneapolis, close to sports venues, restaurants, and shows. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good internet. Nice shower. Staff helpful. Nice cafe and coffee shop in lobby You do pay for all of this!

Very nice hotel. Fancy. Very reasonable price.
-
Great location to walk over to a twins game. We had breakfast and coffee downstairs in the mezzo Cafe. Very friendly and helpful staff.
-
We loved our stay at the Lofton. Very helpful service people. Some construction going on but we loved our room and newer upgrades.

The room was clean and spacious. Loved the shower! The view was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable; the comforter was plush but light. Great bathroom -- the shower had nice settings and extra spray jets up and down. Very nice. The hot water was *HOT* !! Somewhat regrettably, the main restaurant was being remodeled, though more than adequate food was available in the bar and through room service. The hotel has indoor access to the Minneapolis Skyway system, is one skyway from the Target Center, and from there just one more skyway to Target Field. Awesome. Our ONLY negative comment was that the room coffee was, well, room coffee. So we just trekked down to the lobby for REAL coffee. I discovered in Amsterdam, the only room coffee that a 4+ star hotel should have is Nespresso. :-) Can't see any reason to look anywhere else when we next come back to see the Twins!!!

Excellent stay. Great location.

Great location, excellent breakfast
-
Easy stay for baseball!
-
It was a great location for when you plan to see a concert next door. The rooms are quite small and there was no coffee available other than in the lobby in the morning. Parking was a bit complicated with the valet option being pricy.

Great place for events

It’s clear that Hilton properties “punish” you for booking through third parties. They don’t allow adding your Hilton Honors info either so chance at upgrade or status earning so keep that in mind. As a result we were given a very undesirable room on a floor that entirely viewed all the heating and air units on the adjoining roofs. You get what you pay for if your rate is low. The hotel itself is ideally located but it’s a bit dated, and our room had peeling wallpaper and a few other items that made it feel somewhat neglected. Value is location, but based on room condition I’d say it’s slipping to a 3 star type/level. I also forgot that Hilton is a big Trump/ICE supporter so error on my part, particularly in a place like Minnesota, as I should have selected a less politically focused brand. Overall I give the hotel a solid “meh”.

We had the parlor room- for the cost- it wasn’t special

Lovely place to stay near Twins Stadium. A bit of a maze from elevator to elevator, but the rooms are worth it! Enjoyed our stay.
