I didn’t like the fact that there was no natural light that can come into my room and the lighting was very dim. The view that I had from my room was of another building. That was indoors.

When I checked in if the front desk agent explained everything will be better for next time not only for me for others too

Great property in downtown MSP. The room was large and very clean. The front desk staff were a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. The self parking was expensive but easy to use and felt very safe. Excellent hotel.

Shower not powerful and room cleaning was not available every day.

My first stay at the Royal Sonesta was everything I hoped for! The staff was very courteous & professional, accommodating my every need. The hotel was very well kept and the restaurant located inside of the hotel was very convenient. My suite was nothing short of incredible, with tremendous space and amenities. I also like how the hotel is within walking distance to the arena, the baseball stadium, and tons of restaurants. I look forward to my next visit to Minneapolis and my stay at the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

The staff were very professional helpful and friendly. The toilet in the room was constantly running after being flushed. The staff sent maintenance right away but they were not able to completely stop the toilet from running even after replacing the flushed with a new part

Was no cleaning for 3 nights, front desk staff were not helpful even to answer questions about FiFA channel.

Another great staycation!!Amazingly one of the best hotel - when you first walk in the door- it smells like an international spa! Absolutely love it! The front desk makes it greater - Julie greeted my daughter and I at check-in, so nice, welcoming amd kind in explaining a few things. She gave my daughter's puppy a bag of "paw" goodies. Most definitely will be booking my next staycation here. The location is perfect in the downtown area. We will be back!! The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfy. We slept very peaceful. If you are thinking about booking here do it!!!! In addition, the entire staff we encountered were just kind and everyone smiles at you.

Did not like how staff didnt assist me and when i asked for assistance i got an attitude

Check in was fantastic! Best staff I’ve ever meet checking into a hotel.

The room was clean. Carpet had some wear marks and looked like a cigarette burn. Bathroom could be upgraded a bit. For the price it was fine. Parking also was super easy and we never left the ramp so we just paid the price to the garage instead of hotel and it was only 12$ for overnight.

There's also a restaurant inside the hotel, and the food was pretty good. The room came with a refrigerator and a safe, which I really appreciated. I travel often, and it seems like a lot of hotels are getting rid of their refrigerators, so that was a huge plus. The fitness center was amazing. It felt like a mini LA Fitness with plenty of equipment. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and I would definitely book here again.

My stay was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The staffs were super nice. Definitely would come back.

Jason at the front desk did an awesome job getting us checked in and accommodated our every need! Fantastic property walking distance to many bars, restaurants and sports venues! Don’t forget the Wood + Paddle eatery and the candy store right there!!
