Clean room, clean pool area. Nice hotel

Beautiful historic building! Parking was not very convenient, which was to be expected at a downtown location. They had valet if you wanted to use that. We were not on a tight schedule so not a big deal but be ready to walk a ways if you don’t use valet.

Spacious room. Great staff. Good location

We went for a baseball game so for proximity to that, it was great. The room was a bit small, but had what we needed. The daily breakfast and indoor pool were my kids favorites. The general area downtown isn’t the best. We didn’t venture to walk around too much besides food runs and the baseball game.

front Desk guy was rude! but room was clean and comfy ... I would stay there again. parking was spented the street was ok .

Great experience

Great place to stay. Close to Twins stadium and great restaurants. We love the Lyons Pub, next door. Great food and amazing staff. Embassy stands behind their service. We stayed a few months ago and didn't have blankets on the pull out couch for in our grandson. We called and they never delivered bedding. The GM compensated us for our inconvenience. Great place!

Parking fees are outrageous for what you get: you go in basement to pick it up, closed at 11 or 12. Got in late and to park on the street. Left early and security had to get the vehicle from the park area.

Breakfast was great. Happy hour was great. Would stay again!

Overall the stay was great. A busy weekend (Pride Parade) so more working elevators would have been helpful.

Breakfast is included! I don't like being made to feel guilty that I'm not tipping! The man making omelettes pointed out the tip jar when I asked to have one made? I Had three rooms for three nights... I asked if we could have a delayed departure for one room.. The gentleman working on Saturday said we could.. for $75. I said I had three rooms for three nights and it was expensive. Our plane was not leaving until late and I just wanted a couple of hours longer. He said you can have one hour.

I love the location.

Pool closed early every night we were there, 6 elevators and only 4 working for 13 floors. Waited 10-15 min for one that was open cuz the hotel was so busy. Had TP in our lamp over the couch when we checked in. Burn hole in back of couch but other than that it was a good stay!
