Everything was great

Amazing location, horrible and rude staff. They need to work on reeducating staff how to be hospitable and helpful as opposed to their sour and cold demeanor when asked for any help or any questions at the front desk.

Loved how close it was to Target Field

Everything was great, enjoyed the included Breakfast (especially the made to order omelets). Room was perfect. Only comment was that the parking fee was extremely high. Then adding tip on top was a bit much.

Loved the happy hour with free drinks and snacks!

It is in a beautiful, historical building. We came in town for a concert at the Target Center and it was only one block from our hotel. The location was the best! I always appreciate a hot and custom breakfast. The gentleman who made the omelets each morning was very personable. We made sure to tip him. We only had one issue. We requested via the front desk that our room be cleaned one day and when we returned, it had not been touched. They were not sure why it had not happened. They apologized and at our request they quickly brought additional towels and TP upstairs to our room. We were checking out the next day. That was a relatively minor issue. PS-First visit to Minneapolis-we loved it!

Centrally located to Target center

Human feces on the sidewalk, vomit all over by the entryway. Staff was rude and rushed. That includes front desk, however again the valet takes the absolute cake for rudeness and laziness. Pool reeked of chlorine. This place is disgusting and the rooms were nothing to write home about.

Check in was quick, the hotel was very pretty and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had a nice view of downtown. I'd recommend it.

Staff was very polite and helpful.

Ot would be nice if someone clean the room sometime (anytime)!

This hotel is in a great area to explore. I agree with other guests, valet parking is an undesirable cost. However, it is quick, easy, and efficient.

Breakfast was great. Complimentary drinks at the bar during happy hour was very much appreciated. Kids enjoyed the pool. All around great experience for a good value

We were welcomed warmly upon arrival after a long day of driving. Amenities were well explained and our room was wonderful! Living area with separate sleeping quarters. Spacious bathroom. Super quiet!

Great service and love the happy hour

Great location, we were able to take the Skyway to Target Center and not have to deal with the heat and crowds. Parking was easy to get within the same block of the hotel. Would 100% book again if attending any function in this area.

Very overpriced. I paid 368 and my friends paid 199.

Breakfast was fair. Coffee and pastry excellent. Front desk girl with nose piercing didn't show me how to use the key card to operate elevators. Fortunately another guest helprd.

Loved the location for Target Center. The Breakfast and Happy Hour are great features of your stay!
