Was nice to have parking at the hotel with the connected parking garage. As of Summer 2026 the parking was $23.00 every calendar day. Room was nice bed was comfortable the pillows weren't comfortable to me one too flat, two too much. Breakfast every morning was good. They usually had the same selection, but had a good variety. The downtown area is little rough at night so don't recommend venturing out too late at night. The hotel felt secure with needing a room key to enter hotel lobby area and also to get the elevator to go up to the rooms. Stayed there for about 6 nights and was nice to be able to keep food in the room and make a few meals, so we didn't have to always eat out. If what you are doing in the city is by this hotel I think you will enjoy your stay.

Third stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown Minneapolis and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly and helpful. If there are any issues they work hard to resolve them. Very conveniently located near Target Center, Twins Field and major concert venues. Great place to stay in MPLS.
-
Walking distance to Target Field which is what we needed, full size fridge and stocked kitchenette great for staying in. Spacious room !

Everything about the room was excellent

This was my first time staying in Downtown Minneapolis and I’ll definitely be back. Residence Inn is conveniently located to all amenities, including a direct connection to the Skyway which took me all the way to US Bank Stadium without having to step outside in the heat. On-site parking and breakfast included are a major plus as well.

The room was nice. Loved it! Although, I was unable to get a late check out.

Everything was amazing.

The drop off is actually right on street, not a pull in.

Great place to stay in Downtown Minneapolis. Staff is friendly, room is spacious and breakfast is pretty decent. Very close to Target Field and Theater District. Walking distance to many places I wanted to go as well- Loring Park, Sculpture Garden, Stone Arch bridge and riverwalk. Convenient to public transportation. The only negatives are that there’s a limited amount of places to pick up food on the weekends since many places are closed and cater to the lunchtime crowd during the week. Not very many places to shop either, except for Target.

Went for a show in theater district and baseball game. Very close to all areas. Pricing for parking was a bit high, but secured.
-
Room was clean. Went down for breakfast and coffee & eggs out. Many people waiting for things to be replenished. People looking for individuals in the kitchen area but no one around. Staff at front desk very friendly & helpful.

Very nice. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was simple but on time and refilled often. Daytime front desk staff was very short with me and not willing to make any changes whenever I made a request. I booked a room that should have slept 4, but it clearly only slept 3. The fold out couch is tiny - was offered a roll away at an additional fee, even though the room was listed by the fire marshall as a an occupancy of 3 but it was sold as a room for 4. Staff complained that they were overbooked and could not do anything for anyone about anything. I understand that sometimes you can't make accommodations but being nice even when saying "no" goes a long way.

Staff was not attentive but property is really amazing.
-
Room had everything you need, spacious with a kitchenette. Great location.
-
More signs for navigating through the building/leading to the hotel from the parking garage would be beneficial.
-
Nice room and the hotel was clean.
-
Excellent location. Near activities and restaurants. The room was so spacious with full size fridge and microwave.
-
