The location is great for events. The manger (or whom I’d assume was the manger) was very nice at check in as was the man he was training…. However, on our way out of the hotel we were in elevator #3. Heading down from the 7th floor, the elevator made a short of grinding noise, jerked several times, and finally can to a screeching halt. We were stuck in the elevator for 30-40 minutes. It was terrifying for us. When calling the front desk, it was almost as if we were bothering them. One of the other people in the elevator actually demanding the front desk stay on the phone with her as we had no idea what was going on and our next call was going to be to the firecracker department. When we finally got out safely, not a single person from the hotel staff walked 20 feet from the front desk to apologize or even acknowledge what happened! Not a check in, nothing. Terrible, Terrible display of hospitality. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Perfect!

Only complaint was 1 elevator was out of order so there was a lot of waiting for the other ones. We did take the steps but being on the 7th floor it wasn't always feasible. And our toilet did not flush right. It seemed to never really flush. Other than that it was great!

Close to downtown area. Minimal food options but plenty of different options to choose from.

Parking. Was horrible. Construction going on and ended up in wrong garage. And ended up popping my tire on a curb. Security helped me immensely and got the donut on. The office help that answered the call button. Were nasty and wanting money from me not even staying there. Even when security verified what had happened with my tire. Tried to charge me $25. Then it went to $5. Which was still ridiculous. Kudos to Dave "d" and the other guy(didn't get his name)

Clean,convenient location

Clean, friendly, and fantastic location to fun and parking.

Our stay was great. Perfect location. Quiet. Friendly staff. Ample choice of foods at breakfast. The city parking ramp was also very conveniently connected via a skywalk.

Overall our stay was very good. It’s in a great location and was very walkable. The breakfast buffet was good. Where we ran into issues was getting towels as we repeatedly were only supplied with two towels in our room with three people. The “extra” towels had to be delivered by housekeeping which took some time. So, be sure to check for towels when you first arrive if you have more than 2 people.

Great experience here. The rooms were nice and clean, and the skywalk connected to Target Center and Target field was fantastic to have. The breakfast area was quite large as well and had good food for a hotel breakfast

Hotel was a perfect location for us. Overall hotel was great only down fall was outside noise coming in through windows.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Minneapolis. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again!
