Nice and clean hotel in a good location
-
Would have loved a hot tub to relax in, but there is none. Love the closeness to target field
-
The property was ideally located for an event we attended the evening of our stay. Our room was modern, clean, and quiet
-
Room was clean and breakfast was really good. The only complaint would be the heavy bathroom door and only one outlet on one side of the double bed room
-
Clean room, good location, friendly staff
-
The room and bed were clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of some good restaurants. The Orpheum Theater could be reached via the skywalk so that was very convenient. All in all thought it was a good value for the money we were charged.
-
One of our rooms smelled like pet urine. In the hallways and parts of the hotel was hot and muggy.
-
There was no other place to go at the time of check in as we had dinner reservations at 4:45 and tgen to the Orpheum Theatre. The hotel location is great. It just needs some TLC.
-
Perfect location from Orpheum, ease in parking, breakfast choices excellent, room very clean and comfy!! Staff very professional and friendly. Forgot one of my bags' ease in shipping it home. Nothing

Great place to stay in every way. I thought the parking rate was high. Weekend activities in the city surrounded the hotel and created excess noise level. It didn't bother me, but did my wife a little. Doesn't influence my opinion that this is a great place to stay.

Great as usual.

The staff Everything was perfect
-
Location, short walk to Target Field, spacious room and a pretty good breakfast. Issue was resolved quickly, I will return without a doubt.
-
Never again. Rude staff, loud event next door, so loud it vibrated the walls and windows. Had we known ahead of time, we would've picked a different hotel. Giving us the option to cxl at check in was poor management
-
Great location to the basketball and baseball stadiums skywalk way attached to the hotel makes it easy to go through the city without going to the street really enjoyed that Had an issue with Thomas at the front desk. Went to ask a question regarding parking and how the charge works for that and when I approached the desk to ask him he rolled his eyes in annoyance and he looked at me like I was interrupting something he had to put his phone down to answer my question and seemed annoyed that he had to help me. I’m not one to ever leave a bad review or complain. But this just did not sit well with me especially if you’re working at the front desk. Leaning against the desk watching a video and being asked a simple question regarding how the parking works for the hotel shouldn’t have such a negative response

Good hotel

Location The bathroom toilet did not flush properly. The remote to the TV didnt work well was unable to turn up the volume. Guests around us were loud till early morning hours so was unable to rest well.
-
Breakfast was average but enjoyed the large room for the buffet. The room had too much furniture making it awkward to move about in the room. Each bathroom in your hotel should have pull bars by the toilets! Many people cannot sit on a low toilet without aid to stand back up!

This hotel is a game-changer for anyone attending an event, thanks to its seamless skywalk connection to both Target Field and Target Center. Parking was completely stress-free with a convenient ramp that bridges directly into the hotel via a covered skywalk. Our room was spotlessly clean and featured a great, big TV perfect for winding down. Another massive highlight was the breakfast; there were tons of options, and the fact that it stays open until 10:00 AM is a huge plus for late sleepers. I will definitely stay here again!
