Great location near E line that goes straight to the U plus Uptown. Very secure facility and strong A/C, which was needed for my stay.

Automatic blinds did not work so could not darken the room. Ice machine was broken on the floor. Shower was not able to turn on.

No premium upgrade as mentioned, the area is disturbingly surrounded by people practicing unsafe acts and no security. Did not feel safe parking our vehicle there and charged $30 USD to do so. Urine on the tires and needles on the ground. Not the 9/10 4 star rating from us.

Room was very nice, check in was quick and easy. Bar was nice, bartender on our second night (cant remember his name) was a little rude to other guests. Resteraunt options are very slim, but the food was okay. Parking lot had some bad potholes, but was pretty secure, lots of light not a lot of wanderers in the lot. Housekeeping staff kept opening our door when we had a do not disturb sign on the handle.

Fairly nice room, but not the cleanest. There were clumps of something on the floors and bathroom counter. Shower door also wouldn't close all the way.

We didn’t really deal with any other staff it was in and out very quickly. No issues. Suit was clean. Bathroom sink needed more attention in cleaning . Tv and coffee maker not working at all . Gym was good. Parking isn’t free even if you stay at the hotel kind of sucks . But over all everything was great
