No hot water the whole time, mentioned it to the staff and they asked what we expected them to do about it. Also $35/night for parking on top of the already inflated prices

Do not book this is a complete dump, it should be condemned. Room was dirty on arrival, AC did not work in our room. No housekeeping service to touch up the room between nights. Staff were not friendly and it seemed like serving guests was an inconvenience to them. Avoid at all costs and book elsewhere.

Never checked in. Was unable to check in to Hotel due to Global Hilton software issue. Reservation was supposed to have been cancelled on July 31.

Check in was a little tough. They overcharged us by a lot but eventually figured it out. The hotel itself was great!! Very clean, easy parking for downtown, loved our room & decent area!!! Nice bedding and nice bathroom. Very clean and safe

Perfect and clean place

Guests were informed by signs in the elevator that water would be turned off daily due to ongoing renovations. The water was to be turned off from 9 AM to 4 PM. However, in my room, my toilet did not work except one time in the evening and my shower never functioned properly even though it was after 4 PM and/or before 9 AM. The best part about my stay was Robert in the dining area. He was awesome!! I did inform the staff upon checkout about the toilet and shower. I received a verbal apology, but no other considerations. Thankfully, I was able to find the lobby restroom facilities since my toilet malfunctioned in the room. I don’t believe I would choose this hotel again based on this experience. I love Minneapolis, but may have to make other selections for good places to stay and visit family that live there.

I booked a twin bed room accommodation, but upon arrival, we were given a king bed room instead. Thankfully, there was a pull-out bed that my kids were able to use during our overnight stay. However, the check-in process was not smooth, as the staff had to sort through available rooms before accommodating us. Breakfast: It was not clearly communicated that a coupon was required for breakfast. If I had not asked the front desk, we would have ended up paying for our breakfast unnecessarily. Staff Service: My husband requested extra clean linens, but he had to go back and follow up again because the request was not addressed initially. Parking: The $30 per night parking fee was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. This should have been communicated upfront to avoid unexpected charges. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of clear communication regarding room assignment, breakfast requirements, and parking fees. Better coordination and transparency would greatly improve the guest experience.

The hotel is being renovated, which is fine. However, my sister and I each had rooms on the 6th floor where the air conditioning is not really working. Our rooms were very hot and stuffy. When we asked to be moved, they knew that the air conditioning in many of the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors were not working. They offered a box fan for our rooms. They only had one room open that we could move to, but that was not cool either. While we were talking to the front desk, another guest came up and complained about their room on the 5th floor. Why are they renting rooms when they know this is an issue. Also, they could not refund any money since we booked through Expedia. The only thing they could offer is breakfast coupons and no fee for the parking. Very disappointing, especially when it was so outside.

No ac in a heat wave. Room fine otherwise

The gym only had weights and one Pelaton bike. It's understandable if a hotel is under construction for refurbishment, but it should be advertised and basic amenities should be included. Thankfully I only stayed for one night, and a few hours. It was unfortunate because I stayed here last year. Still waiting for my refund.

No water from 10-4pm, due to construction work inside the hotel. AC wasn’t working mid July. No hot water.

Air conditioner was not working on a nice sticky, hot summer day. Front desk did what they could and gave us a fan from a 757 turbo jet (at least it sounded like one)

No air conditioning. Smelly hotel. Horrible service. Horrific bar. If I could get less than 0/10 I would. We transferred properties after 1 evening

The place is under construction and it is alright.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. It was set on 62 but it felt like 82 in the room the whole time. Not great sleeping conditions

Stayed here for a concert at the Armory. I enjoyed the room I was placed in. Only complaint was that the Air conditioner was not working.

We will not be staying here again. I expected way better for as much as we payed.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The AC was unadjustable and said 60 but it was extremely hot. They were doing repairs so I had trouble with attending my zooms threw out the noise. They also forgot to mention the water was off during that time. However the staff gave me water and free amenities due to the situation. Overall the place is clean and very nice!

Our room had no hot water the 4 nights we were there and none of us could connect to the WiFi. I talked to the gentleman at the front desk 3 nights in a row about the hot water. He compensated us with free breakfast for the first night and the other 2 he said he would have his manager contact me. They could not move us to another room because the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. I gave him my phone number for the manager and he never called me. Monday when we checked out I ran into the manager and explained our issues and he was not aware of them. He was going to refund us the last night of our stay but I got the final charges this morning (Wednesday) and was not given the refund. I do not recommend staying here if you don’t want issues with your room to not be resolved in a timely manner.

The staff was easily the best part. The A/C was falling behind and just in general the property didn’t seem like they were investing into wear tear and repair.
