Great staff especially Josh at check in Didn’t think the hotel lived up to a five star hotel. Unimpressive, gym was fine but nothing really stood out except for lovely staff

The only ‘issue’ was that the escalators were hit or miss. They were on when we headed out and weren’t on when we retired from lunch. Then on again when we returned from dinner.

Clean All of the culinary/wait staff were wonderful people. about everyone else is absolutely awful. Momo at check in was unenthusiasticly rude. Some bald head white man was aggressive when i made the simple mistake of trying to take a dolly to my room (they had previously let us do so on check in) and they didn’t give me a full refund of my deposit. when i called to ask why i didn’t receive my deposit, the lady in the phone was also very rude, didn’t even try to help me find my stay just said “we can’t find you, nothing i can do, your not in there”. absolutely terrible service for a beautiful hotel.

A/C barely kept up and was noisy. Hallway had a musty smell. TV was small and did not have built in Youtube, netflix etc. extra space should have had a tv also ho, Breakfast buffet quality was low. powdered eggs and lack of selection. Worst Hilton buffet in my travels

Great location for being downtown MInneapolis. We could easily walk to the restaurants, bars, places we wanted to go. The check-in hosts could be friendlier.
