We love this hotel. Its location is perfect. It’s the only hotel we stay at when our family visits the cities for the pas15 years.

Great experience

Was an overall great experience. Staff was friendly and nice

Restaurant has few options, but food was good. Prices are high, as expected in a hotel. Hotel convenient store has lots of options. They also serve fresh coffee and pastries (it is not a Starbucks but serves Starbucks coffee). Hotel is very clean. Parking garage is located under the hotel. There is an elevator that brings you directly into the lobby. I believe it was around 35 dollars a day, but when we left it was much cheaper (we didn’t drive for two days once we arrived at the hotel). Rooms are clean and standard. Higher floors offer a view of the city. We did not use any of the other amenities, as there was plenty to keep us busy around the city.

The front desk staff were very helpful and assisted me in getting a refund on a double booking that I did in error.

Staff was good. Bathroom in suite a little lacking. Asked for coffee cups and didn’t get. Had to pay for bottled water

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly, and the location was great!

No microwave

Proximity to events we were attending at the hotel, the Convention Center and US Bank Stadium. Also, it was walkable to some great restaurants. Banging water pipes whenever people were showering in adjacent or upstairs rooms. Very annoying especially early in the mornings.

Great experience overall!

Perfect place
