Great place to stay, will be my go to spot when I come to the cities!!

Great location! Parked at Public Ramp to avoid Valet. There's a charge for Breakfast; it's not free.

We were there for the concert at the stadium and staff were so nice and they did specials in the bar with drinks and food for the occasion. Hotel is SO quiet, even though you are downtown and the views are amazing on both sides of the building. We were on the 10th floor. Will stay here again.

Fast and friendly check in and check out. Front desk and door staff very friendly and helpful with directions. Clean hotel and good food. .

Clean but dated hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They stayed upbeat even with numerous bug events in town that kept them hopping.

Unless you paid for valet parking, you couldn’t park your vehicle on their property

Clean room, comfortable bed, convenient location to convention center. Unfortunately breakfast is $16 but not much different or high quality compared to other hotel breakfasts. Also no parking onsite. Needs valet.

Clean rooms, clean facility. Defiantly recommend the valet parking, well worth the money.

Convenient easy walk to downtown conference venues at a more affordable rate.

Nice, clean hotel, in a nice area. No Hot-tub and it’s not a free continental breakfast. I had alittle plate of fruit and it was $10 so just be aware that even though it looks like a continental breakfast it is not. Nice hotel for the price though. Would stay again.

Property was clean and nice, but the down town area is less than great.

The shower was very hard to get a good temperature where you were not burning

The workers were very nice Valet parking was terrible we were very late due to not having our car on time. The rooms could use some better cleaning

No mirror inside elevator. The bathroom design and that premium experience lacked.

Facility was clean, in a good spot with great staff, and worked perfectly for my sister and I. We were able to walk to our venue within 20 minutes and there were lots of restaurants/bars near the hotel! I have an additional charge on my account that nobody can explain. I've tried to get the issue resolved twice, but nobody has been able to help me yet. I am still waiting to hear back from the manager, but it's been frustrating having an unexplained card that isn't shown on there end, but is certainly showing in my bank account.
