Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown

The staff here is tremendous, especially Tristan at the check-in desk, who had me smiling, laughing, and immediately forgetting about the stress of flying in, etc. I very much appreciated the TV in the room — you know how most hotel TVs seem to take forever to flip through the channels, have a crummy remote and a bad picture? This TV was the opposite of that, with an onscreen guide.

A well maintained facility, with amicable helpful staff. Priced right and blose to convention center. Definately will remember my stay.

Nice rooms and great location! Our check-in with the guy was so weird! No hello, extra information or anything. Luckily we went back and got welcomed warmly by a women. But very weird first interaction in America for us!

Room is nice and clean, location is very nice! They charge an extra deposit without telling, probably very common but we didn’t realize and had to go ask.

Many things in the room were broken. My first room reeked of cigarettes and the hotel was supposed to be non smoking. The floor was gross and dirty- it made all our socks dirty. our friends also had to move rooms due to a disturbance next door of a couple SCREAMING fighting and no apologies or anything was offered for the inconvenience.

Had to pay for parking, pay for breakfast nothing free for staying there. Then not knowing ahead of time had to give 200 deposit.

Nothing staff was a joke and disrespect Got overcharged and didn’t get my deposit back. And charged me for an extra car for 2 day which I only had one car. Place is a joke

Clean rooms and lobby, kids loved the pool. I booked several weeks ahead 2 rooms as my wife and children could not be accommodated in one room. I put in a request weeks before travel to have the rooms close to one another or at least on the same floor but they did not accommodate. They said there was another room on the same floor close to me but couldn’t put me in even though that person had not checked in yet, they said because “they requested a high floor” but they weren’t concerned with my request I gave plenty of notice for. So I had to take two of my kids to another floor and my wife stayed with the others.

Staff was welcoming upon our arrival, and gave us lots of useful information for parking in the area. We stayed for a nearby concert and enjoyed walking to and from.

Had a great night here with my friend when we stayed for a concert. Staff is very friendly and was great to have a gym pool and bar all within 45 feet of one another !

Great location downtown close to everything. Super friendly and helpful staff. A perfect place to crash!
