Everything was very nice. Room was clean.

Other than the amenities in the lobby being pricey, the front desk, valet, and cleaning service was great. We had breakfast one morning. The lady seemed a little grumpy. But was overall a good experience at the hotel.

Location of property was great - walking distance to many downtown attractions. Really appreciated the valet parking. Staff was very accomodating and friendly.

It was clean and comfortable The staff gave us the wrong room we booked and they couldn’t give us the room we wanted or original booked. Online state free parking and free breakfast but we paid breakfast without anyone telling us the difference on the ad and no parking on site other than paying for valet. Staffs was not professional when greeting and had 1 staff that was constantly on her phone and 1 staff running back and forth on his phone, when asking for where ice machine was located they took too long we just left.

The room were nice and it felt clean and safe. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The beds were nice but the bed frame was kind of bulky and my gf hit her knee on the side of the bed and we might need to bring her into the hospital for it to be looked at. We did speak with one of the staff members I didn't get her name. But it was when we were leaving we did let her know that she his her knee on the bed. We were concerned she may have fractured it. We did not have time to fill out an accident report because we had to pick up my mother in law from the hospital. We have not went into the hospital yet. We are waiting to see if it will heal on its own or if it's something we need to look at. Other than that we had a good experience with all the staff they were all friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. We booked a king size bed and got two doubles. There was no remote in the room, so we had to call to get one. The parking situation was very confusing and not explained well.
