Our favorite place to stay when we visit Minneapolis!
-
Exceptional staff and very clean room. The hotel is is situated in an ideal location in downtown Mnpls.

They don't clean your room every day, you have to request to have it clean. There were days that we asked to clean the room, and the request was ignored. Other than that, it was ok.
-
The room was dank and there was hair in the bed and around the edges of the room and furniture. The air conditioning stopped working which made for a very warm night. The property needs some updating to be sure.
-
The rooms were clean, and had plenty of space, you couldnt hear other rooms in yours. The water pressure of the showered is amazing as well. I will only be going to this hotel in Minneapolis in the future

Upon check in, we weren’t informed of the continental breakfast, found out about it after checking out. The room was in the basement with a lack of view and was dark. No elevators, have to carry luggage up the stairs. The room was hot upon checking in, it was 78 degrees, the ac didn’t kick in until the next morning and finally reached 72 degrees. No hair dryer in the room, had to call twice for someone to bring one after someone finally answered the phone. The wifi did not work! Upon checking out, I was told I had charges of snacks purchased to my room which I did not purchase. Terrible experience and stay, the only good thing the room had was a fridge and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds were okay but one was worn in and slanted at the end when sat on, there was a used vape on the chair from someone else. Will not stay here again!

This place was great. Good location, reasonable price, very clean. The staff was great except for the morning we checked out - there was an issue with our parking pass and the staff member was extremely rude. Whoever was working the morning of June 28 isn't a great reflection on an otherwise nice place to stay.

The location was great for being in the downtown area and it was close to restaurants. The room was spacious and clean which was great for three people without it feeling crowded. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. The kids love the free cookies that were provided at night, however they had to be there before the schedule time since they ran out very fast. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great, breakfast was a different story. Waiter was attentive and helpful even though it was busy and food was great. The shuttle service was not so great, first they didn't have a list of locations that they went to so you had to ask and they sometimes didn't state all locations. When asking about the availability of the shuttle service, I was told as long as they had enough staff it would be available. However, multiple times I asked and they said either the staff was on break or it wasn't running. The one time I requested a pick up, I waited 40 mins to be picked up and even when I reach out multiple times for an ETA was met with they are on their way, I was only about a 5 min drive from the hotel. Also the laundry that guest could use required coins to work however their coin machine was not working so could not use it. I went to the restaurant to breakfast one morning and I would not return. I waited 30 mins to see a waiter and he kept forgetting my order, the place was not busy, most of the customers were already eating or finishing up.
