Great Location! Hotel has a lot of character The pillows were horrible. Other than that we had a great stay

The building was super cool and the room very spacious. Also the stuff was very friendly. The position was perfect. The guest next door who was loud and kept the music on at 2am in the morning. Fortunately I called the reception and they immediately sent the security guard to intervene with the guest and make them stop.

I also don't appreciate a little lotion bottle with a tiny opening that is impossible to dispense any lotion. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this charming, old world inn.

Aniyah and Patrick were extremely fun and helpful as staff and representatives! We enjoyed our stay and got some great conversation from those two! They always had a smile on their faces and great energy!

Very cute property! The restaurant had amazing food and excellent service! They served cookies at 10pm which was an unexpected treat!

the lady at the counter was nice buts that’s it there was brown stuff all over the mattress hair dust and whatever else behind the bed board used floss in the bathroom and buildup in the shower when i told the front counter manger he was rude and told us he wasn’t surprised we canceled our reservation and went to stay at a holiday inn

I love the location for bringing my daughter to the concert at the target center. I love the picture of a lot of activity on the pool at night even though I didn’t get a chance to swim. I have no complaints about the property, but Booking.com gives false information about parking

Superb stay at the Normandy, as always. It is our go-to when in MSP, and it never disappoints. Good parking that is reasonable and protected, great rooms, dog friendly with great pet rate, and the staff is always wonderful. We've been here dozens of times and will keep coming back.

Close to USBank, where we attended a concert. Pool/hot tub were very relaxing.
