Clean

Well worth the money for a one night stay! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was close to U.S. Bank Stadium, an easy 14 minute walk.
-
incredibly helpful and kind staff, great location, clean room

We enjoyed our stay! Very helpful and clean. The breakfast was really good. We will definitely stay again.

Partially my fault, Hotel was in the city , which not being used to Minneapolis the drive in was a little difficult. However once in the parking garage , and in the hotel , the experience was pleasureful. The staff was kind and nice ( waited a while for the elevator since one was only working ) , the food was great we had at the Restaurant ( Plus got 10% off bill for staying there ) , and the room was clean and orderly. Everything in hotel seemed very reasonably priced. Only got to enjoy the hotel for a short amount of time as my flight out was very early the next morning and we arrived late. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again if ever in the City.

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent food.

Our AirPods were stolen out of our suitcase while in the hotel room. The room had what appeared to be water damage and patches work on the walls. We moved rooms due to a large red stain (likely wine) in the first room and the second room we moved to also had the same appearance of water damage and drywall patching in the room

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hotel Indigo. It is in a great location in downtown Minneapolis. The staff was very good and my room was very comfortable.
-
Beautiful place..loved the restaurant on site and close to US bank All the construction down town hard to get to but that’s not their fault
-
Two Fiji waters on check in, free snack or 600pnts, great staff - what’s not to love!
-
Lighting options in room are terrible. Very dark even with all lights on. Red individual controlled lamps at bedside so one side can be on only.

The hotels location is great, the hotel was super clean. The only issue we had, was we went there for an event that started at 5:30pm, and we arrived at 2pm, there were hundreds of people waiting to be checked in, but they refused to start checking people in any earlier than 3pm despite having the rooms ready. There was people waiting in line, drinking and getting ready in the bathrooms and lobby for the event, and still they wouldn’t start checking people in to limit the wait for anyone. Multiple customers were upset. The least they could have done was start checking people in as soon as rooms were available to limit the wait for the guests who came for the concert event.

The bar/restaurant in the hotel had great cocktails and delicious food. Only complaint is no hot tub or pool.
-
They hold the charge on your card for over a week and the breakfast you have to pay for I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
-
I thought it was pretty and clean and the rooms were comfortable. I would've liked different lighting-- it was either bright enough but harsh or pleasant but too dim. The parking deck and Skyway access made it very convenient. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Too much scent in the hallways. Slamming doors-- my own and others.

Breakfast?? Heavy comforter! Could hardly move and no lighter blanket was available. Parking ramp, though that is not something that you can change.

I stayed here for business and it was GREAT. Wonderful restaurant in the building so I didn’t have to hunt for grubs after a long day, great steamer in the closet, super quiet at night. I will stay here again.

Great location downtown within walking to restaurants. Stayed at hotel for event at the Orpheum. Adjoining restaurant- delicious breakfast and lovely bar for evening cocktails! Room decor so pleasant, renovations done top notch. Liked the adjacent parking lot. Very clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again.
