Parking set up was terrible! Easy access to hotel was not good. However the young lady at front desk (from Ukraine) did everything possible to alleviate our distress. Please let her know how much she was appreciated!!

Perfect location for a visit to Downtown Minneapolis, especially if you're in town an event at any of the arenas or stadiums. You are walking distance to everything! The staff at the hotel was too tier. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The room was spotless and had everything we needed during our stay.

Their listing says that they have garage parking they do not. There is a garage near by but it is over $30 for a night. We had no issues checking in and the hotel was decent but it smelt like a sewer line burst. When we addressed this with the front desk he just kept saying he just got here. We left early the smell was extremely strong.

We stayed for 1 night for the Ed Sheeran concert. Our room was perfect. Clean, comfy, and the perfect location for walking distance to the US Bank Stadium. We were hungry after the concert, and they had plenty of beverage choices and snacks for purchase at the front desk.Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

Nice hotel and rooms were updated, but our hallway smelled of smoke. Staff were kind and helpful. Parking was reasonable but a little confusing. A good stay overall

Helpful staff , had a great stay !

Very poor service and extremely unprofessional staff. They allowed a homeless person into the hotel lobby, who then verbally harassed and cursed at guests. Very disappointing experience.
