This hotel was clean and conveniently located. Beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Would definitely book again.

Very poor service and extremely unprofessional staff. They allowed a homeless person into the hotel lobby, who then verbally harassed and cursed at guests. Very disappointing experience.

It was average at best. The front desk did not tell me that the Capella parking was on 7th st not 6th. We did room service and it was very bad. There was no menu in our room so we had to ask for one. Served in a pizza box, salad in a to-go plastic container and a chix sandwich that was grilled but very thin so it was overcooked. I could not eat it as it was leather. I used the bacon and ate a bacon sandwish. Pillows were so flat, no foam. Should hav better pillows or at least a flat pillow and foam to choose from. TV didn't have a guide and kept losing signal all night. I did like the choice of a variety of morning coffee. I would never stay here. Room service for over $50 for two and it was bad. The pizza crust had no seasoning and was burnt. served in a box. It was sad.

Nothing spectacular, just a nice clean and affordable room. I love that they maintained some of the hotels original historical features. It was quiet and comfortable.

The Staff was very helpful! Unfortunately, the parking was a bit of a commotion because google help was not very accurate and we ended up parking in an environment that cost more than expected. Recommendation: Check in to the Hyatt before parking your vehicle to get directions for parking.

Excellent location in downtown Minneapolis. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends
