Melina at the front desk was amazing! Room was nice with the kitchen and couch area. Bed comfortable and great view from 8th floor.

Room was not what I'm use to from home suites

Check in area not very well defined. Do not pay for valet parking with room, wait until you text to pick up your car to pay. I waited 45 minutes for my car

Breakfast was good, not perfect but good My sheets weren’t clean, and there was hair in the bathroom. Also, some basic items should be provided when guests make housekeeping requests, but they weren’t

We loved the location and spacious room. The breakfast manager George was especially nice.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I arrived late, valet was not in service. Parking structure a bit too far that late at night. Other than that everything was good.

Had everything we needed and more, no complaints

1. The valet attendant was often not at the station, so dropping off/getting our car took a little longer. Four small issues: 1. The valet attendant was often not at the station, so dropping off or picking up our car took a bit longer. 2. The baggage lift from the ground floor/driveway to the lobby floor was not working, making it more difficult to unload luggage from the car. 3. The room's closet clothes rod telescoped and had a small diameter, which seemed likely to bend if clothing was hung on it. 4. When checking in, there is a 2. The unused portion is supposed to be returned after checkout, but the desk clerk did not know how long it would take for this deposit to be returned. We checked out on May 12; today is May 17, and our deposit has not been returned yet. Coincidentally, we stayed at a Hampton Inn, another Hilton brand, later during our trip, and the incidental charge was only $15/day, and it was refunded to our credit card within minutes of checking out Though fully disclosed, and even though we live in Chicagoland, we were surprised that parking was over $50 ($49 plus tax and something else) per night.

All staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms are like a small apartment with great amenities - small kitchenette, medium size refrigerator, couch, etc! Very homey!!

Breakfast was good. Location was great for my kids and concert venue. The shower in our room didn't work. There was a leak and water sprayed everywhere when turned on. Very disappointed. Not sure how this wasn't reported and fixed prior.

Beds are HORRIBLE!!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was a nice feature with lots of options. George, the breakfast attendant, was a delight.

Everything was amazing. The valets were super respectful and friendly. The hotel clerks were very nice and friendly; Kimberly is amazing! Anything i had questions about, she found me answers. The breakfast attendant is a lot of fun and very friendly also. Breakfast was good, typical of continental breakfasts; I have had worse. As a previous assistant manager for a hotel, I can say in confidence that if the need arises for me to be in the Minneapolis area again I will definitely be back! I can also say, if any of the wonderful employees I interacted with came to me looking for employment I would hire them!

Clean room, well appointed suite and kitchenette, friendly staff and good breakfast. Fan in room was a bit loud and couldn't turn off the heating/cooling system.

Everything hotel and staff related were perfect. Parking was incredibly annoying. $50 for valet which we tried to use but sat in the middle of the street for over 15 minutes and the line didn’t move so we gave up so had to use the ramp down the street. On weekends the building is pretty closed so have to figure out what door to get in was frustrating.

Excellent breakfast and great options for parking besides calet.

Stayed here on a Saturday night and we arrived at 2:45 and were told we would be able to check in right at 3, wasn’t an issue at all we knew we were early. At 3:10, we finally got up to the check in desk (there were about 30 people waiting) and were told it would be a while before we could check in. We were previously told 3, so we had dinner reservations at 4 and the concert started at 5:15. Finally got into our hotel at 3:50 and they only had one lady checking everyone in, who was super nice just unfortunately her managers didn’t ensure there were more people to help on a busy night. When we got into our room, it clearly was not cleaned very well. There were pieces of trash all over and long hairs stuck to the shower. The floors in the bathroom had hair all over them also. The toilet also had clearly not been cleaned. The place was sold out, so I’m not sure why they didn’t ensure enough cleaners. Breakfast was okay. Definitely would not recommend staying here though. We missed our dinner reservations and had a dirty room.
