The day I was to check out. My flight was scheduled to leave around 9am. So the night before I went to the front desk and told the front desk my room number and asked for a 6am wakeup call and never got a call.

Room was large and comfortable. Would have been better if it had regular (not decaffeinated) coffee pods in the room.

There was very little light in our room, so the room was pretty dark all day. The shower door did not stay closed every time you were taking a shower it would open.

I didn’t like that my suite had a shower that left the bathroom floor like a swimming pool, there were markings all over the wall in the bed room, the ac/ heat was not working properly even after maintenance fixed it. It went back to not working. The motor on the electric blinds blew out they weren’t working so no privacy. The kitchen itensils need to be relaxed they have hard water stains all over them. Nice looking hotel. The breakfast was serving rancid yogurt. Everything else was ok.

Stay itself was good and everything a client should expect. Valet Parking was not good. Waited 35+ minutes to retrieve our vehicle @ 10:00 am in the morning, way too long.

Breakfast was a flop Hom2 in other places we stayed had good breakfast the breakfast here was not even as good as other Hotels. No Fruit as shown on pictures so e guy barking orders at guest instead of filling products that were out. Very disappointed for the price we paid
