Room was comfortable Valet parking only... additional fee. Right next to police station. Sirens all night.

Parking waited over 45 min to retrieve car

Great place.. close to everything downtown

Location! Everywhere downtown was walkable from our hotel. The metro stop is literally a block away and breakfast included helped with the cost Only got housekeeping 1 time during our week long stay. They did change the towels twice but toilet roll wasn’t replenished and we had to ask for more from reception. We chose not to hire a car as valet parking was $49 before tax per night. We noticed that there were other cheaper ($10-$20 per 24 hrs) parking lots nearby if you are willing to park off site.

Wonderful staff!

I feel like nobody under this staff communicates with each other. Every time I address a certain situation and mentioned I spoke to someone about it with prior and being told they’ll leave a note, nobody knows what I’m talking about. This creates a hassle that I feel like could’ve been avoided much sooner

Exceptional

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Great breakfast, including a variety of food options to choose from. The hotel and other buildings are connected with sky bridges, which made is easy to walk around inside vs. outside, especially during the hot weather. We liked walking through the sky bridges. Restaurants are within walking distance, including a Target and CVS. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed away from home was inside our room. We will definitely stay again and we highly recommend this hotel for others.

Was greeted with a very energetic and pleasant greeting and the rooms are super spacious I wish I booked another night.

Clean hotel No parking was available. Staff told me when we were checking in at 4pm that they only reserve 50 spots to park vehicles and they were already full. I had to find parking available and walk to and from the garage. It was very stressful.

Property was clean and well maintained. Room is very big and had a nice kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom really nice and big with a light up mirror. Worth it for the price Not a lot of parking around. Valet was $50/night
