Emery, Autograph Collection Hotel

Everything was great except somebody unlocked and walked into my room. It wasn’t a housekeeper because there were no housekeeping carts, and I asked him what’s going on. He didn’t answer. It was weird. Front desk found it weird as well

Beautiful lobby, lovely staff, clean comfortable room

It’s a gorgeous space. The coffee shop and lounge downstairs are a nice place to go even if you’re not staying in the hotel. Parking is expensive, but street parking was easy.

Beautiful property. Quick & easy check in. Love that it is dog friendly! The bikes on property to use were so cute. Loved the decor of the room - black out shades were great! Guilia brought my lunch to my room. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

This hotel was very nice. The staff was very good. It was in a good area close to a lot of places to go and do stuff. My only concern was the room. it had paint chipping off the walls in our room and some of it wasn’t the right color match but other than that good stay.

Great location, service and value. Coffee shop adjacent to the lobby was a plus.

Clean room. The bar was nice.

Friendly staff, good downtown location and room was what we wanted it to be.

Staff was kind and empathetic. Both front desk receptionists were great. Room was clean (and I am definitely picky)! Bed was just okay. On the firm side yet seemed to be sagging. Bedding was crisp and comfortable. Pillows were "crunchy". Not uncomfortable, but had a slight odor... earthy. I would stay here again, if the price remains competitive. Thanks!

We spent our anniversary at the Emery and enjoyed the entire experience!!! The staff was very professional and friendly. The bar and the restaurant were both top notch!!! Would recommend staying there to anyone and look forward to our next visit!!

lobby/coffee shop/resturant are super nice and not badly priced. worth staying for. room was hot despite turning air down- there is not really a fan so it was super stuffy. we asked for a fan and they were going to get us one but it never happened. no fart fan in bathroom- not ideal for anyone with ibs. comfy & quiet. would opt for somewherw with better/cheaper parking next time.

Clean, modern hotel in old bank building. Short walk to Us Bank.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The décor felt elegant, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and everything was extremely well maintained. I honestly don’t remember seeing a single area that looked dirty, worn, or unkempt. The entire property felt fresh, clean, and inviting. We had two rooms during our stay, and both were excellent. They were bright, modern, very clean, and comfortable, with plenty of lighting and everything nicely in place. Nothing felt overlooked or out of place, and we felt completely comfortable during our stay. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would absolutely stay here again. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining this hotel and making guests feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay downtown

Great location , wonderful staff . The morning coffee bar in Lobby was just ok

The staff all around was very helpful at getting us checked in and helping us navigate the parking as the nearby parking garage had some construction.
