Deja mucho que desear, es una pena que siendo de Marriot, la atencion mala, no volveria

The building was beautiful and full of history. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. I was a little early, and they were able to get me a room right away. They mentioned nearby attractions and were helpful with directions. The restaurant was also delicious and attentive. Would stay there again the next time I am in the area for work.

Rand hotel property was fine. Rooms were clean and in good condition. During a summer heat (and smoke)-wave the ac performed well. Main complaint about stay was the lack of consistency in daily room cleaning. One day no maid service was performed and we had to alert the front desk. Other days at least one important task was not completed, e.g. too few towels/cloths, coffee maker not re-stocked, etc. The main entrance from the street was a bit cumbersome, 2 steps and then double doors. It would have been nice to have a willing attendant on hand to help open the door especially during peak check-in and check-out times. Love the fact this hotel is located in a historic office building. About downtown Minneapolis, I was disappointed with the lack of retail. The only store on Nicollet mall seemed to be the Target. Realize brick retail is struggling but was hoping for better.

Beautiful place, great staff and the food was excellent! Will definitely stay there again.

It’s a beautiful building and the staff was very nice, especially the lobby bar staff. Our room was very small but worked fine for a one night stay. The room did show some signs of wear (scuffs on walls).

The hotel room was great except for being on the 26th floor there was no ater presssure and couldnt take a proper shower. They were short staffed most days and coulnt just get a quick cup of coffee due to lack of service staff.

2 nights $700 for that price you can book the hotel 3 buildings away and they have a rooftop pool… and on top $80 for parking… poor… advertises “city views” but it like 2 buildings… wouldn’t do it again I’ll say that much

Nice Bar & restaurant on the main floor. Art Deco theme was consistent throughout the hotel. Comfortable beds with good views. Great location. Our room had a shower and toilet that didn’t work. We were upgraded the next morning and given free breakfast. Staff moved all of our belongings

Marriott does a good job of maintaining Rand Tower. Staying in the room, it’s a modern comfortable hotel stay. Going through the building, it’s a very well maintained historic charm. I have no complaints from my first stay at Rand Tower.
