Love the place. A great older art deco hotel. Beautifully maintained great staff. Convenient. Couldn’t have been a better stay.

The parking is $37 a day and the rooms are average

Only issue need to have more elevators operating. Long waits

Make sure you use your card when going up the elevator. One of the staff asked me to step out of the elevator because he saw me go up and down the elevator twice.

The staff was super nice and because we were Bonvoy Marriott members, they waived the early check in fee and upgraded our room, which was awesome!

Easy but tight parking in 517 ramp. Hotel connected to the skywalk was great. Nice and corner rooms have 3 large windows.

The location is good. Impossible to get change for the taxi upon arrival. Impossible to get the bill printed with the right address or get in touch with reception after my stay (just put on hold for ever). Booking said breakfast was included; hotel said it wasn’t. Awkward.

The hotel and staff are great. The hotel has a great location but everything closes early in downtown area. Parking next to the hotel for a cost (40 USD/day) but it was very easy to access from the hotel and if done thru the hotel you can come and go as you please. Would stay here again.

Everything was great! When we needed the power to be turned back on in our room, maintenance was quick to respond within minutes of us calling the hotel. We did book this hotel to utilize the restaurant after a show, noting the time the restaurant closed and the time our show was over in advance. According to the website and posted restaurant hours, we had plenty of time to dine there, but when we returned from the show before 10 pm, they just closed the restaurant and bar. This was the only issue we ran into. We ended up ubering in food, but would have preferred the restaurant since we picked this hotel over others because of this dining option.
