Wish I had a better view but it's to be expected when it's downtown surrounded by high rises.

The staff is non responsive to guest issues. We were across from a room that had people banging on doors all night, loud music and lots of loud conversation late into the am hours. Called security/ front desk several times and staff was non responsive. Valet directed us to a private parking garage not affiliated with the hotel; for 3 nights the cost was $80.

Room, location, parking. Navigating the skyway was a bit tricky.

Staff was great. Location was pretty good. Shower was not clean and had hair all through it. The shower head barely had enough pressure for water to come out of it. Mattress was god awful. Sheets and towels had unidentifiable stains on them.

Ashlee at the front desk was absolutely delightful and so helpful. no complaints.

Everything was amazing, I enjoyed my stay

Great location and room. Other reviews mention the TV. If you have kids and they like their shows, pick another place. Staff wasn’t very helpful when a random kept knocking on our door in the middle of the night to get in. That was sketchy and I’m glad it wasn’t just me and my son traveling. Nice place and price was right, but look for other places in the city. It was too nice of a hotel to have crappy tv channels and worry about whether someone was going to get into your room.
