Good place to stay for your vacation
-
King suite was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room!
-
Clean rooms and friendly staff. Underground parking is very nice and convenient. Great location for anyone attending an event at U.S. Bank Stadium as it’s within walking distance.
-
That was my first time having a $250 deposit hold & paying $30 for parking but other than the staff not having AC which they seemed to be ok with it was a nice hotel & the room had AC & was walking distance to the US Bank stadium for the concert I attended!
-
Staff was exceptional. Pool was closed. The restaurant food was good but the layout of the suite was odd. It was ok but definitely not worth what we paid for it

The property was well kept and clean. The staff was great. My only complaint was that parking was quoted to us as $29 plus fees and taxes and when we got the bill it was significantly higher than that. I called and was told it would be adjusted, but that still hasn't happened a week later. Great location and amenities.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in downtown Minneapolis. Once again, it did not disappoint with friendly welcoming staff, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds and pillows. Easily walkable to Loring Park, Hennepin Ave, First Avenue/7th Street Entry, The Main, the river… all the good stuff. Bonus: We watched it storm and rain crazy hard through our room’s giant windows.

Great day

Friendly staff, really nice rooms and parking was easy

Loved the closeness to US Bank stadium. Skywalk clutch in the heat!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not greeted at check in and the gentlemen was acting like we were bothering him. Also upon check in, noticed the air conditioning was not working. No one said anything about that, not one word. I figured they were working on it and it would be better throughout the day. Our room stayed at 75 degrees our entire stay. A maintenance guy came up and it wasn’t working either, and of course the hotel was booked with the concert. So, we had to get ready for the concert with no AC and come back and sleep in that sweaty, uncomfortable environment on a 90 degree summer day. We were given a fan but that just blew warm air around. What a miserable stay we had and we will not be coming back.

Ok

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the room. The hotel itself was quiet, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.

Very spacious room and clean.

It's a good choice . good breakfast lot of choices

The upgraded suite was large and worked well for our family of six, but the lack of a microwave was a major inconvenience, especially while traveling with an infant. I had to get creative trying to safely heat up a bottle. We also had issues getting extra pillows. My kids were first told there were none available. After asking again, another staff member said they had pillows but no pillowcases and suggested putting a towel over them instead. Parking is $30/day even for guests, and the garage is extremely narrow. Anything larger than a small SUV will be difficult to navigate. Due to the check-in inconvenience, our parking was comped, which we appreciated. There is a $100 pet fee, and guests with pets will need to walk several blocks to find a grassy area. The building is older, and city noise (including sirens throughout the night) made sleeping difficult. The TV signal also went out during bad weather. The complimentary breakfast was okay with decent options. Overall, James was the highlight of our stay and went above and beyond. The suite size was great, but the lack of amenities and other inconveniences made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
-
The location was very convenient, and the room was very spacious for the price. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items to choose from. The only disappointment was the pool was out of service, apparently since March. Covered parking was also convenient.
-
Everything was perfect; the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was good
-
Property is well located in downtown with very clean quiet rooms. Only downside is that there was no pool available even though advertised.

Hotel is connected to a condo building. So the set up confusing. The lobby is not on that street level. You have to take the elevator up to the "H" level which is about 4 levels up.
