The room we had was one with a king bed, and it was nowhere near as pictured on the website. I realize we booked late for a next-day reservation, and there was nothing else available in Minot, but Expedia should not have this on their list of available hotels/motels in Minot. The towels were not taken the next morning we had to ask for clean towels as we were there for another night. Our room was not entered by the staff on the 2nd day of our stay. The front desk person when we went to get clean towels gave us one small towel and one "large" towel for the two of us. The king-size bed has to be the hardest mattress we have ever ever ever slept on. I had to come home to see my massage therapist! The entire building needs some major TLC- inside and outside. The exterior sign is also in bad shape. The owner needs to spend some money on this site. The only half good thing was the breakfast from 7 to 10 however, we got there at 8 the first morning and they were out of milk for the cereal and no one was around to get more milk.

I would definitely not stay here again. The room was rough looking, bathroom had holes in wall, and dirty floors and tub. Just an overall run down space. No phone in room.

Breakfast was minimal. All carbohydrates no protein. Breakfast area and room was clean. A good value for the price You could tell the place was recently remodeled quality materials, but not much attention to detail. Paint spots and places where it shouldn’t be you can tell it was freehanded and not masked,Caulking and grout was sloppy. I’ve done a lot of renovations so I noticed these things.

Poorly house kept, sticky floors in halls and room. Sheets, converters, and pillows were suspect. Breakfast was decent, coffee was not worth the time to walk to the lobby. But for the price I half expected it

The beds were comfortable and the TV was great. I stayed a week. I picked it because the rate was so reasonable. Their breakfast sucked.. They don't pick up the garbage bags but if you have a shopping bag you can just wrap it up and put it in the garbage bin right out the outside door. They also don't clean the room during your stay. I figure all this is why the rates are so cheap.I don't mind picking up after myself as long as the rates are so affordable.

The photos were ok, but entering the room was a nightmare! So whoever took the photos must have cleaned it first. Everything - it was horrible & the men hanging around were out-of-it. They were talking to one of the housekeepers in the laundry room which was kitty-corner from our room which was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room, but was not. I did not feel safe at all & we rushed in our room.

Room was not clean. Floors were sticky, tons of stains and brown marks on bedding, high touch surfaces were clearly not wiped in a while, and shower curtain was covered in dirt and grime. We actually ended up leaving after the first night because a bunch of police showed up multiple times that day. Did not feel very safe to stick around.

Cheap is cheap, you get what you pay for. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

First night cops came because of a couple fighting then 2nd day cops again . You can hear everything down the hall and hear thur the walls
